We loved our stay at this hotel! We would recommend this hotel to anyone and the front desk people were very helpful and recommended us to several bars and restaurants in the area

Close to metro station, good restaurants, and CVS. No microwave in the room. Had to take meal down to the lobby each night to heat up. Bistro restaurant in hotel was a joke. Minimal selection. TV remote didn’t work but maintenance was quick to fix. Room was not cleaned every day so dirty towels and trash stacked up. Super small refrigerator. Nice lobby area for visiting or relaxing outside of your room.

It was average hotel. Not worth the rate except it’s close to subway metro train station. No microwave in room, body wash bottle was empty. House keeping alternate day and when asked for wasn’t given pleasant reply. Staff was good. Replied to what was asked.

It was hard to get into the room with key after several attempts. The room wasn't cleaned wasn't looking for clean towels just garbage and bed made. No updated outlets to charge devices. Needs some updating. The Bistro was good and the people working there were great.

Room was clean and quiet, which is important to us. Walking distance to good restaurants, a grocery store and metro. Large bathroom but needed place to set things down and better lighting. Also needed 2nd mirror outside bathroom.

This is the second time at this property. There were 4 of us this trip. We appreciated the spacious area of the Bistro where we could visit and play games. Staff has always been pleasant and helpful. The food of the Bistro is delicious, served by personable employees! As always, our room was clean and comfortable. Thank you!

We traveled to Alexandria to celebrate our daughter's engagement which was going to occur that day. We were able to get an early check-in which helped us take care of many details before the 4 o'clock event. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely large room with a very comfortable bed. Housekeeping only took place twice in the 5 nights we were there, however Reception were good at giving us the necessary items. An extremely loud ice machine on our floor! The area was safe and about a 10 minute walk to a grocery store and cafés. Aldo's Italian restaurant was great, only about a 4 min walk away.

Check-in and -out process was smooth and overall, my group was satisfied with our stay. Bed was comfortable and area was convenient. Parking was easy, but because we checked-in late at night, it was full by the front so we were parked a little farther back than we would have liked. Our only qualms about our stay was that the fridge didn't seem like it worked, we had to toss the food we had kept there, and when we turned down the AC, there was a mildew-y smell in the room. Regardless, it was still tolerable and we are satisfied with our stay.
