Good place to stay. Breakfast was really good with a lot of variety. Swimming pool is awesome!

Muy buena ubicacion con muy buenas vistas, el todo incluido genial, esperabamos menos opciones pero nos sorprendió gratamente. El bufet la comida estaba buena aunque oensabamos que habria un poco mas de variedad pero aun así genial.

Por la manana mucho ruido al retirar la basura.

It's amazing from the first minute of visiting this hotel. Having come for three days, we have been living here for 2 weeks and will extend)) Friendly staff at the: reception, restoran hotel, cleaners, animators. We feel us like at home in the family. The perfect location, quiet place but near is several beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. Hotel is price/quality. We recommended.

I want to thank the hotel staff for the excellent well-coordinated work. Nice administrators, good cleaners, cheerful animators that provide for our leisure. Special thanks to the canteen, to waiters, to bartender and to the chefs who cook very tasty food. I visited a lot of Spanish hotels, and this is one of the tastiest and kindness. Thank you very much. 😊☺️

Arrived at the hotel and was surprised how lovely it was after seeing mixed reviews. The staff on reception was so friendly and helpful. We rented a iron for €3 a day. We stayed at hotel 1. Buffet food was always fresh, clean and filled up. Tables was always cleaned and staff helpful getting clean cutlery. Pool areas lovely, you can't place your towels down till 10am on the sunbeds, which is a good idea as no mad get up early starts for sun beds. Rooms was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Will definitely stay here again.

Well after reading the reviews was a little worried. But can safely say it has been a great holiday. We upgraded to a side sea view in the 1 building. Beautiful big clean room awesome view. Food has been great. Choice not huge but quality good. Drinks AI package is really good. Cava included… happy me. Not encountered any rude staff. Always had a sun bed but appreciate in peak times there maybe a shortage. Night entertainment is “ interesting “ . 1 bug bare the pool doesn’t open until 10 which for a naturally early riser like me way too late. Would def return.

Hotel is split over 2 buildings. Mar Amantis 1 is on the beach front and has rooms also the main dining areas for breakfast, lunch and evening dinner. Mar Amantis 2 has rooms also the snack bar and evening entertainment both have pools and buildings only separated by a road in-between. We stayed in Armantis 2 it does say in your booking which building you are staying and need to go to the relevant one on check in Rooms: safe can be hired 10 euro deposit 3 euros per day. Beds are so hard painful to sleep on. Walk in shower in bathroom. Our towels were threadbare and one had a big hole in. Tv in room. Air con in room.eorked well .Doors are locked by a key not a card so groups staying together onky had 1 key and when returning through the night made loud noise sometimes until 6am banging the doors along the corridors until they found correct rooms constantly, swearing and arguing at full scale, no security to tell them to stop. Drinks: we were given one cup token each on check In which you handed in st the bar, if lost costs 1 euro to get another token. The plastic cup is the same size for every drink childsize. Food: Breakfast was OK and has enough choice for everyone. Evening dinner disgusting! We have never been in a hotel in all these years that gave us rabbit for dinner. Very limited choice for evening meal lots of people eating salads. The snack bar is the best burgers, nuggets, toasties ect and the guy cooking Is a friendly guy, most of the other staff barely speak or smile. Pools opened at 10am, mad dash for sunbeds as there are only limited numbers great to have space not so good if you didn't get a bed. We won't be returning and I'd advise on our opinion this hotel is only good as a cheap option for stag / hen party's ect definitely not for kids The entertainment at night is barely watchable....good luck if you decide to book take earplugs!!!

Having just returned from a 4 night stay, have to say the Hotel was lovely, we had the all inclusive package, no issues in the restaurant with queues or the service, always had a table straight away. Food was excellent, plenty of choice, only one tiny issue with the food, breakfast was on occasion served cold, but there is a microwave to warm it up. Reception staff were amazing always very friendly and helpful. Our room had been updated, very nice with a side sea view. No issues with noise, Hotel is in a spot on location, with a water taxi outside to take you into San Antonio Centre, I guess this is only seasonal. If you prefer to walk, (like us) then it is a very pleasant walk into the Centre. Also a taxi rank just outside. Some of the bar staff not all were quite miserable on times. All in all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will for sure be going back to this Hotel in the not too distant future.

TODO MUY BIEN RECEPCION BUFET LIMPIEZA ANIMACION HABITACION TRATO CON EL CLIENTE EXCELENTE LOS HORARIOS DE RESTAURACION PUNTUALES

AVOID! We arrived at hotel yesterday, were told that we weren't actually in the hotel with the sea view, infact we were across the road and another building. The receptionist at the other building was lovely and very friendly. Room dated but clean an aircon was good. Balcony small and overlooks flats. The pool at our block is closed and are told we need to go to the other hotel to use the pool. Got to the pool at 4.05 to be rudely told by the bar man to leave as the pool was closed and it doesn't open until 10am. The entertainment for both hotels is at our block and below our room so was noisy, but bearable. This morning we had breakfast in the restaurant which is far too small for 2 hotels and wait 15min at coffee machine for a swap tasting coffee. Get to the pool at 10.10. All 30 sun loungers are taken. So we lay on raised step area, to be rudely told again by the bar man to not lay on it, so we ask are we OK to sit, he said yes. 20min later the maintenance man comes and tells us to move and puts some signs up at the side of us saying not allowed to sit there. As we have no where to sit, we go into freezing cold pool and throw a soft ball, to be told off again, but no one else is in the pool so wasn't bothering anyone. I wouldn't mind, but we don't have music blaring, my kids are all late teens and don't drink, we just wanted to chill by the pool and throw a ball but we are constantly told off by rude staff. Facilities are far too small for 2 hotels, food Is average and staff are beyond rude! Wouldn't stop here again if you paid us!
