Location favolosa, ottima struttura con personale gentilissimo. La reception e il bar lasciano un po' a desiderare, personale professionalmente non all'altezza.

Struttura fantastica. Perfettamente incastonata nella natura. Ascensore diretto sulla spiaggia. Simile ad un villaggio per alcuni aspetti ma di lusso. Molte zone relax molte attività sportive. O ricreative. I tramonti e le albe sono uniche. Da provare.

Comodidades e localização interessante, junta praia a um conjunto de restaurantes e serviços que permitem umas excelentes férias de resort. Preço qualidade adequado. Atendimento no bar da piscina muito lento apesar da existência de várias pessoas a atender. Poucas opções de almoço.

Upon arrival to the resort, we had no idea where we were going or what was available, the reception was quite busy, would of been helpful to have a map or some kind of welcome pack? The first evening was ok, the drinks and food were expensive and only food available was a buffet restaurant at €30 each without drinks. Then the second day dawned... breakfast was cold buffet..cold bacon, cold eggs, cold everything apart from toast which needed to go through twice as a tip!.. coffee was awful!!! Skip to day 5, and after food and drinks bill of over €500 we decided never to eat or drink at the resort again, we walked every day to Finale and had coffee, lunch/dinner there for fraction of the price but much tastier food! Hot food at that! The hotel charge 70€ for a taxi to cefalu but the train from finale is €3 €6 return.. do that it's worth it!!! The resort is in a beautiful location but there was nothing going on, 1 restaurant open, then a dj set at 11pm why??.... very bizarre! The cleaners literally surface clean, not actually change the bedding just make the bed, take the towels but no replace them. The surfaces in the room were not cleaned. The shower,sink, loo that's it. It's very disappointing that a holiday that was supposed to be 2 weeks of relaxation turned out to be 2 weeks of awful food, bizarre resort, beautiful sunsets and a walk to get "normal" food! There is no warm food in the resort, the drinks are expensive, the food is expensive. Finale has a pizza restaurant that is so good and feels authentic. It's a bit of a shame that the resort/jet2 allow people to fly out when the resort clearly isn't ready for guests. The land was still being prepared, gardeners etc making it holiday ready, it clearly wasn't ready for holidaymakers. If you read this and think, oh I'll go and make my own mind up, just don't go in may! It could of been such a good holiday, it just wasn't! 2 weeks wasted!

The hotel and facilities are lovely. Would be nice to have a map when arrive The beach is is worth seeking out (lift) The pools were warm enough for our group. Kids and adults. My mother found it tricky as a lot of steps and some without bannister. Overall good recommendation

My recent stay at Mangia’s Pollina was simply superb. From the warm welcome at check-in with Mr. Pietro to the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms, every aspect of the experience was exceptional. Lounge bar Narciso was exquisite with breathtaking sunsets view, and the facilities, including the fitness center and amazing group training twice a day with Carla (see pic bellow :) and Michael were top-notch. I highly recommend Mangia’s for a luxurious and unforgettable retreat, also for solo traveler. Beach structures and Alessio ( Beach Manager ) was very gentle and high professional with guests.
