We had an outstanding stay at Sonder Apollon in Montreal. The location was perfect, situated in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The modern design of the apartment was both stylish and functional, providing a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment. The space was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, even though we didn't have time to cook. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches such as high-quality linens and toiletries. Check-in and check-out were seamless with Sonder’s efficient system, and the customer service was excellent. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, the team was quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, our experience at Sonder Apollon was fantastic. It felt like a home away from home, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montreal. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to the city!

Booked this hotel for the nicki minaj concert April 17th with a friend and our two daughters. I chose this hotel because I wanted a large modern room with 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms, and this one looked the best even though a little farther from Bell center. Ended up being a nice 15 minute walk (I walk fast) which was better than expected. Don't get me wrong the room was fabulous and suited our needs, ubereats delivers anything you want , great location close to everything you could need. The problem was the staff: ALL service at front desk, manager and parking. So it's self parking, FINE. I got the magnetic thing to let you in parking and they told me since I had a larger vehicle, they would give me a ”better, larger spot” sub-level 4. The parking lot was not nearly full at higher levels and lower we're not bigger. First two floors going down are one-way but lower are not. Indicators not visible and very confusing, took 30 minutes to figure out how to get out of there. I wouldn't have written a negative review for that though... NEXT DAY: As some know, nicki minaj was 3 hours late for concert, so we got back late and decided to stay an extra night to enjoy hotel more. I called front desk to inquire. Plenty of rooms available like mine. So okay for a higher price 🤔 I told clerk it was available for less online and he reluctantly gave same price. I asked when housekeeping would come by, we'd go out exploring and he said no housekeeping unless we stayed 7 days.. ok, so if I checked out at 11, and re-booked online, came back at 4, I'd get a new clean room right? For same price, but I'd leave from 11-4 , which was fine for me cause we'd be out and about. We packed up all our stuff (4 girls! Alot) went downstairs, seeing that housekeeping was waiting to clean our checked out room. I booked online as guy was unreasonable on the phone , and when we went back to reception, he said we could only have our old room back, UNCLEANED. It didn't make sense, had my friend reserved we would have had a new room, same price. Don't get how they could be so absurd about this, especially when they were getting an extra nights paid + parking + we like to spend and would have spent at lobby bar. I asked to speak to manager, and she backed up employee saying I could only have our old, uncleaned room back (we had already packed up, remember). I decided to look for another hotel, and luckily found this gem: Werfy Hotel, IN SAME BUILDING, SAME ROOMS, LESS EXPENSIVE. EXACT SAME THING! So basically griffintown hotel refused my same price hotel room plus parking because they were too stuck up on a policy. BTW we were good customers, not noisy or messy, basically I wanted them to make beds, replenish towels and clean up our takeout, really not a big deal, manager ever had audacity to ask for 65$ if I wanted my room cleaned. HOUSEKEEPING had to clean room if I left anyway. Anyways save money and go to the Very nice people at Werfy, EXACT SAME HOTEL. P.S. I'm no

My friends and I booked a stay here hoping for a nice stay, but it turned into a nightmare. The owner Eric Merlin barged into our room without any notice and demanded that we leave immediately, even though we had paid for our entire stay in advance. His behavior was incredibly rude and disrespectful. It's shocking that someone could treat paying customers this way. We felt completely unsafe and unwelcome. Avoid this place if you value your privacy and want to be treated with basic respect as a guest.

I booked this hotel months in advance after checking reviews here and got a fantastic deal. I was billed immediately and paid in full. A few weeks before our trip I came back to TripAdvisor to look at more current reviews. There were several alarmingly bad reviews and I started to panic. I thought I may have been tricked into booking a bad choice. After staying here for four nights I feel like the bad reviews are not reflective of our experience at all. Here is what our experience was. Code to access the building and room number was provided a few days in advance by email as promised. We had a two bedroom with a balcony. Was able to go straight in the lobby to the elevator without a stop at the front desk. We found our room clean, smelled good and stocked with enough kitchen items to make basic food items. Large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Plenty of mugs, cups, plates, silverware and stemless wine glasses. I loved the modern spartan white walls and crisp lines of furniture. The absence of pictures on the walls was actually appreciated. Sound machines in both bedrooms that had selections of thunderstorms etc. a nice touch. Also earplugs provided in the bedrooms. Both the beds were comfortable and bedrooms had lots of closet space. Zero noise from any units above, below or next to us. From what I could tell from the balcony they seemed unoccupied. Plenty of extra tp and Kleenex in the bathroom. LOVED having a washer and dryer. You have to ask for more laundry soap at the front desk, it is not stocked with the other supplies available in the lobby. Safe neighborhood and walkable to many attractions. Things that were not so great: No tv in either bedroom. I actually enjoyed this feature but know that would be significant for other guests. The A/C only blows in the living room so when the bedroom doors are shut it can get hot and stuffy in the bedrooms. Small details were ignored that could be easily fixed and look much more polished, like missing buttons on the couch, wall mounted tv that was crooked by inches and many scuffs on doors and walls. My largest complaint was the clear half wall/no shower door. I know this is a modern trendy feature but it is clearly form over function. Even with the most careful effort it was impossible to not get the bathroom floor very wet. This hotel is a solid choice and I definitely would recommend.

Très bien ! Le logement est clair, très spacieux, climatisé, avec beaucoup de rangements, et très bien situé, avec des lignes de bus au pied de l'immeuble. Les appartements sont équipés de balcons et il est très pratique d'avoir un parking gratuit et sécurisé à disposition.

The rates for the suites at Milton-Parc were very reasonable compared to hotels in Montreal. In addition, the rooms were over 700 square feet along with a kitchen which is hard to find in downtown Montreal. However, after we booked we were a little thrown off by “the homeless” comments. Being from a big city, homeless people, unfortunately are a part of life. ARRIVAL We arrived very late at night and I was a little apprehensive about walking from the train station to the hotel (only about 20 mins by foot) but we didn’t have any issues with anybody, there was not a person in sight. When we got to the hotel we followed the instructions given and we got to our suite (203). We realized then we didn’t have a code to our room (we had codes to the doors). We tried several times without any luck and we had to call the main line. Someone answered, we told them our issue and they sent us a code in 15 minutes. SUITE We had 203 (with the yellow ceilings in the photos). It was very spacious but they could do better with it being more efficient. The bathroom was large with two sinks and a two showers (in one stall). The bedroom was on a platform with “cubicle” walls. Not really an issue since most basic hotel rooms everything is on in a single room. There were two large closets with hangers (foyer and bedroom). There were two TVs, a spacious kitchen with the basics (salt, pepper and oil) and a little living area. One thing I did not like were the ugly vinyl floors. They had a pattern of water splatters and it looked like the floor was always wet. “The Homeless” The next few days we noticed that there were a lot of homeless people around (although this is seen everywhere in any big city). The few interactions we had a simple, “No, I don’t have any change on me”, and they left us alone. Nobody was aggressive to people (although I did see them rush out to cars). The area had a couple of 24 hour places so there was always plenty of people around. LOCATION The location was unbeatable, it was easy to get around and we were within a 30 min walk to almost everywhere. The closest subway station was place des arts and that was about a 10 minute walk. There were tons of restaurants and at least 2 within a minute were 24 hours. Cross onto a couple of blocks and you’re in a very trendy areas with tons of restaurants, bars and even clubs. OVERALL There were some little things that could be improved upon but overall, we were very pleased with our stay here. Location is wonderful and price point was amazing.

Delightful loft. Very comfortable, clean and well stocked. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Good location with stores, restaurants and bars near by. Very easy to catch a taxi to get into town. Would have liked to have a place to store luggage until loft available while we saw the sights.

Fantastic Condo. Super clean and spacious. We were on the top floor and loved the old warehouse style setting. Short walking distance to many of the main attractions in Old Quebec City. We stayed here the night before boarding a cruise and we were only 2 blocks from the cruise port terminal. Quebec City is a beautiful city and we will definitely be back for a longer stay.

This was a lovely unit, we had no complaints about cleanliness, comfort, supplies. Staff were friendly and there were english speaking staff on hand. The jacuzzi (right side) was wonderful--nice and hot with good jets. Sauna was nice too. The second jacuzzi appeared to be broken and was very dirty in side. That was disappointing when more guests showed. My only complaint about this hotel is that, since it is right downtown and the walls are thin, any partying that is going on in local pubs feels like it is right in your bedroom with you. I was kept awake Friday night by loud loud pulsing music from the restaurant/bar next door, which had a party until 2 a.m. I would have come prepared but didn't know. I expected city noises, not loud high decibel music until 2 a.m. this caused terrible sleep and fatigue the next day.
