DDadihefanチェックイン前に、メールでデポジットを支払う必要がありました。チェックインは少し面倒でした。受付デスクはなく、電話にも誰も出ませんでした。やっとテキストメッセージで連絡が取れましたが、現地の電話番号がないとなかなか繋がりませんでした。ウェイターがドアの前で待っていて、ルームカードを手渡してくれました。部屋は設備が整っていて新しかったのですが、リビングルームにカーテンがありませんでした！これは本当に驚きました！チェックアウト後の荷物預かりサービスはありませんでしたが、Ctripには近くに有料の荷物預かりサービスがあると書いてありました。全体的には平均的な体験でした。

素晴らしい
LLittleMoonMoonOverall, the stay was clean, quiet, and well-located near restaurants and convenience stores. The bed was comfortable, and the room had great amenities like a washer, dryer, microwave, and fridge. (Note: The cups had a lingering coffee smell, so I didn't use them.) The price is reasonable as well.
A few areas need improvement:
Bathroom & Facilities: Shampoo and body wash were only sample-sized. The shower was small with weak water pressure, and the 2nd-floor spa was just a small hot-tub-style pool, which was disappointing.
Communication: Host communication was unresponsive. I extended my stay for a second night a few days before and messaged to keep the same room, but got no reply. With no front desk available, we had to check out in the morning and check in to a different room at night.

ゲゲストThe good points of this hotel is, The apartment is fairly clean and spacious, the location is central to cafes and to the beautiful canal which takes you to Atwater markets in a 25 min walk. It’s also safe and new area. It’s also 1.5km from the central train station. It has a washer, dryer & full kitchen so good for families.
Bad points is the apartment is quite noisy as it’s close to an intersection, there is one air conditioner in the living room, none in the bedrooms so bedrooms are quite warm & stuffy in Summer. It is marketed as a “hotel” however other than the reception it is actually the same as an Airbnb. I stayed for 3 nights but was told there won’t be cleaning done during my stay. They also do not replenish coffee & water. So if you’re looking for an Airbnb type accommodation this is good.

HHKNeko場所はとても便利です。市内中心部、秋、スーパーマーケットマキシ、メトロプラスを結ぶメトロバス800に乗ることができます。頻繁に移動するルートで、移動が簡単です。 1階はまだ建設中で、歩くのは簡単ではありません。建物にはエレベーターがないため、すべての旅行者にとって簡単ではないかもしれません。部屋の説明によると、すべての部屋には洗濯機と乾燥機が装備されている必要がありますが、割り当てられた部屋は洗濯と乾燥がなかったので、変更を依頼しました。担当者が私たちのために変更を手伝ってくれました。私たちが滞在する3泊の間、部屋の掃除と整頓されたサービスはありません。しかし、すべてが新しくてきれいに見えます。彼らは十分なティッシュ、トイレットペーパー、洗濯錠さえ提供します。建物は交通に近く、便利ですが、どういうわけか騒しいです。エアコンはロックされましたが、幸いなことに、この数日間は非常に暑くありません。しかし、それは間違いなくかなり暑く、暑い天気でエアコンなしではそれほど快適ではありません.

RRossThe room was ok, clean and modern. The window views were too close to the windows of neighboring buildings so we sadly had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. The location was convenient with plenty of restaurants, parks and shops within walking distance, and a short uber ride from old Montreal. The biggest problem is a hidden fee, they inflate the tax value and call it ”VAT Tax” which ends up being around 3-4x the normal tax amount, and it turns out that was just how they hide a ”Property Fee” while making their rates look lower and more competitive during the booking process, I don't think it's legal to call something tax when it's not being passed to the government! They want to be listed like a hotel and with deceptively lower rates, when it seems they are an AirBNB and need to hide a cleaning fee as Tax.

ゲゲストBooked this room for me and my friends during our weekend trip over to quebec city and was extremely impressed by the cleanliness, interior design, and spaciousness of this room. It was way bigger than I expected and even had a TV with netflix and other entertainment. The room was beyond spotless, way better than other airbnbs or hotels out there, even the stainless steel on the sink was so shiny! It was about a 20minute walk away from old quebec which was perfect for us to walk and see the views! Really enjoyed my stay and would reccommend this hotel :D Check-in and check-out was so simple as well and could be done online, great job to the management! Only downside would be that there isnt a lift, but not a problem for me and my group!

CCozyExplorerWe stayed for two nights, and overall everything was good – clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location was convenient. The room didn’t have a full kitchen (only a microwave), but there is a shared kitchen for guests on the ground floor, which makes up for it. There was no sink for washing dishes in the room, only a dishwasher. This is fine overall, but running it for a single cup isn’t really an option, especially since there was only a minimal amount of dishware. The bathroom also lacked a toilet brush. One small detail: the blanket was arranged a bit unusually, like a “sandwich” with sheets around it instead of a proper duvet cover. These are minor points, but they could be improved for future guests.

ゲゲストとても素敵なホテルで、駅にとても近く、旧市街のアトラクションはハイキングで訪れることができ、翌日の5時30分に電車が運行されているので、朝食なしのキッチン付きの部屋を選びました。キッチン用品は完備されており、あらゆる種類の電化製品を備えています。清潔で快適、リーズナブルな価格、夜に滞在する場合、チェックイン前に連絡してください。そうしないと、パスワードや特定の部屋番号がなければ、店に入ることができません。フロントデスクサービスがなく、ドアが施錠されているホテルです。このようなホテルに初めて泊まったときは、まだ経験がありません。ぜひお試しください!
