Booked here last minute on travel through Spain. It has several options which appealed to us: family rooms with kitchenette, pets welcomes, 24 hour check-in, secure parking, walking distance to city centre. There are other options for families with small children but none/few with the above conveniences. The positives: The area is easily reachable with a drop-off in front. Underground, secure parking is right around the corner with direct elevator access to the lobby/rooms. The facilities and rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom was modern with good quality towels. Beds were comfortable. Some other reviewers complained about the distance to the old centre but frankly its 1 km! Come on! If you are using bus transport its right across the street from the bus terminal but its not a big city terminal which usually attracts ”colourful” characters. There's several eating options at the terminal. The underground parking was great in that the spaces were very large and it was secure. The negatives: As we arrived late the garage door was closed and wouldn't open automatically with the parking ticket so my wife had to get out and walk around to the lobby to ask they remotely open it. The air-con was a little noisy. The blind on our window was stuck closed so we couldn't let any daylight in, but we were just there for sleeping and bathing. The furniture is nothing special but functional.

Ha sido todo perfecto, el trato en recepción ha sido muy agradable y cercano. La habitación súper limpia, amplia y cómoda. Lo recomiendo 100%. La zona de aparcamiento bastante buena, no hay mucha dificultad para encontrar sitio, muchos bares cerca.

Excelente ubicacion, tranquilo y agradable. Nuestra habitacion no tenia las mejores vistas, pero a alguien le tenia que tocar. Bien equipado y con detalles de cortesia. Mencion especial a la limpieza, tanto de habitacion como de menaje. Es un placer alojarse en estas condiciones. Altamente recomendable.

We had a very nice room with two beds and a galley kitchen and laundry. 5 minute walk to centre of town. Close to a great grocery store called Gadi. Clean and professionally run hotel. Good AC which is key in the summer. The street is quiet and the windows are solid so you don't hear noise. I think it's run by a guy who owns a few of these around Spain but they're high quality. You check in by getting texted a code to the room and then when you get in, you have cards to open after that. You have to be sure to tap the card carefully in the right spot to open the door, but it's not a problem at all. Price was decent. We went in June.
