鉄道駅から2分、旧市街バンバカンまでは5分の好立地です。駅ビルにはスーパーマーケットや多くの飲食店有り、またホテルの目の前にコンビニありショッピングや食事には困りません。
ホテルにはエレベーターは無く、階段のみです。
入口は開けっ放しですが簡易フロントありで常に人は居ますので、最低限のセキュリティありです。夜は玄関にも施錠されるようで、ルームキーに玄関鍵も付いております。
部屋内はベットとテレビ、トイレとシャワールーム、冷蔵庫、ドライヤー、扇風機です。洗面台も有りますがかなり小さいので、洗顔は困難でした。
8月に訪問ですが、ギリエアコン無くても大丈夫でしたが、これ以上暑くなったら厳しいかも。
隣の部屋の音が若干聞こえます。防音はそれほど高くないと思ったほうが良いです。

ロケーション: トラム駅から歩いて約 700 m で、市内中心部に行くには少し時間がかかります。ホテルのすぐ隣に空港行きのバス停があります。部屋はまあまあ広く、ケトル、コーヒーなど、WiFi、ハンガー、テレビが備え付けられています。ヘアドライヤーや冷蔵庫はありません。WiFi 接続はかなり弱いですが。衛生状態は問題ありません。

It is old and small but suffices for short term stay. Staff is helpful with 24 hours front desk and you can leave your luggage after checking out. Just note that they do not have lift so you have to carry your luggage on stairs.

ホテルは気に入りましたが、中心部から少し離れていて、アクセス道路がかなり複雑です。行き方がわからない場合は、受付まで200メートル歩かなければなりません。GPSはタクシー運転手を住宅ビルのゲートに案内しますが、ホテル側ではゲートを開けることができません。経験豊富なタクシー運転手だけがそこへの行き方を知っています。部屋は清潔で新しく、すべてが清潔で快適で、バスルームも素敵です。遮光カーテンがあり、長旅の後にリラックスしたい場合には非常に重要です。ホテルでは高品質の朝食を提供しています。受付係は非常に顧客志向です。私たちは朝早く電車で到着し、とても疲れていたので、早めのチェックインをさせてくれました。私たちは疲れていましたが、彼らは私たちを歓迎し、チェックインさせてくれました。そのことに私は心から感謝しています。このホテルは間違いなくお勧めです。ただし、中心部へのアクセスはあまり便利ではありません。バス停は近くにあります。

中央駅から離れていますが、道さえ覚えれば徒歩圏内です。トラムは慣れた人向けです。歩いたほうが早いとすら感じるくらい単純な道のりでした。
荷物が多いひとは配車サービスが無難でしょう。
チェックインは現地の指示通りに動くことになるでしょう。私のときは、向かいの建物のホテルのカウンターのスタッフさんにチェックインしたい旨をお伝えしてお部屋への案内に加え鍵の使い方を教わりました。

Apartament dość przeciętny, ale bardzo blisko dworca co stanowi duży atut. Było czysto, lecz jest to klasyczna mikrokawalerka. Na 1-2 dni spoko.

Nice small hotel in the very center of Krakow. Restaurants and Café nearby. Public transport just around the corner. Market place 3 min to walk. Street nois in the morning 6am.

UUrszula ZiółkowskaA wonderful, cozy apartment in the very heart of Zakopane, a few steps from Krupówki and other attractions. It's very convenient both for hiking and skiing, as it is very easy to get from there to Tatra Mountains trails and ski lifts. Also, a very helpful lady at the main reception desk. I would gladly return to this place.

Ppdp11This is a nice small apartment. The kitchen has a saucepan and frying pan with a few utensils, which are enough for basic cooking. The fridge is handy.
The shower is warm and has good pressure. The air conditioning works.
I was on the top floor. There's a lift. I had a balcony overlooking the cemetery.
The basement has a washing machine but I didn't try it.
It's about a 12 minute walk to Krakov Glowny station. From there, it's about 10 minutes to the main square and another 20 minutes to the old town.
Communication with the property owner was good and generally fast.
Contrary to the Trip listing (May 2026), this apartment has no front desk. As I later read in a review, it's self check-in. Unfortunately, the instructions weren't sent to me. I called the property when I was there and they sent them via WhatsApp. Make sure you have the instructions before you go! I wasted time trying to use the QR code on the front door. This is not for the apartment.
I wanted to extend my stay but the property was booked.
I left my water bottle behind. The owner arranged for the service staff to meet me the following day to return it.

ゲゲストThe location was great. A fairly short walk to the old town. There is no front desk or any visible service, except the cleaner in the morning. Although the room looked nice and was quite large and had clothes hangars and a desk, it had a big problem. There was a window above the door and the hall night flickered all night. A few seconds on, a few seconds off. Even with my sleep mask, the constantly changing light was very noticeable and made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I noticed that my room was the only one in my part of the accommodation with such a window, so I guess the other rooms would be better. They should really cover the window up. Even if they fixed the flickering, it would still be annoying to have the light go on whenever other guests go to the hall to use the bathroom or for coming in and out. The other issue was the internet. It was useable for what I needed during the trip, but it lagged at times, and I don't think it would have been suitable for a work conference call.

Full set of necessary utensils crowned with impeccable friendly service, helpful and welcoming.
Fanciful breakfast with local home-style dishes, - with something new and original every day, and winning hospitality of the staff.
Great experience, highly recommended.

ゲゲストI had an amazing stay in Venetian house Kraków’s Market Square. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the Old Town, easy access to all the city’s main attractions. Being able to step out and instantly explore the beautiful streets, historic landmarks, and charming cafes was a huge plus.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kraków. The combination of location, comfort, and top-notch service made it an unforgettable stay. I will definitely be returning!

ゲゲスト数か月前にオープンした、新しくて素敵な学生寮です。ハイアット プレイスの向かい側で、ビュッフェ式朝食が割引価格で楽しめます (通常 85 ズウォティのところ、50 ズウォティ (12 ユーロ))。AD クラクフ マリオットや、5 つのキオスク レストランがある小さなオープン フード コートも近くにあります。路面電車の駅まで徒歩 7 分、ダウンタウンまでは約 10 分です。スタッフはとても親切で、学生食堂は夏休み中は閉まっているので、調理器具を用意してくれます。中はとても清潔です。

隣のショッピングセンターは、たまり場や食べ物などのものを得るのに最適です。
「物理的な」受付なしでイブに簡単にチェックインできます。道路の向かいの駐車場はホテルの近くにあります。ホテルの部屋は必要なものがすべて揃っていて清潔です。朝は新鮮なネスプレッソコーヒーに感謝します。 😄
家族と一緒に旅行するとき、このホテルはとても便利で快適であることがわかりました。次回クラクフに戻ったら、間違いなく再予約します。

ゲゲストThe was a good selection of foods for breakfasts, the reception staff were pleasant, and there were good shopping facilities in the same building.
However, after checking in, we reported two problems in the bathroom. The waste plug in the wash hand basin did not stop the water running away, and the shower door would not stay closed. We were advised that the handy man did not work at weekends and it was suggested I use a cup for shaving as no other rooms were available.
The air conditioning was positioned above the bed. The result was an unpleasant cold breeze for anyone lying on the bed.
In the three days of our stay, the beds were not made by the cleaning staff.
