「The location was great. A fairly short walk to the old town. There is no front desk or any visible service, except the cleaner in the morning. Although the room looked nice and was quite large and had clothes hangars and a desk, it had a big problem. There was a window above the door and the hall night flickered all night. A few seconds on, a few seconds off. Even with my sleep mask, the constantly changing light was very noticeable and made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I noticed that my room was the only one in my part of the accommodation with such a window, so I guess the other rooms would be better. They should really cover the window up. Even if they fixed the flickering, it would still be annoying to have the light go on whenever other guests go to the hall to use the bathroom or for coming in and out. The other issue was the internet. It was useable for what I needed during the trip, but it lagged at times, and I don't think it would have been suitable for a work conference call.」

「Centrally located in the old town and like a block away from the town center square (see pic). I arrived really early at like 8am and the reception guy allowed me to leave my bag before I came back after a full day of travels for check in. Now that I’ve covered quite a few smallish European cities I’d say when a hotel says it’s near old town it can mean either it’s close to places you can take pictures and eat but It can also mean there is absolutely no means of public transport apart from uber/bolt simply because the city is not planned in a way that allows trams or buses to cut thru. Bear that in mind.」

UUrszula ZiółkowskaA wonderful, cozy apartment in the very heart of Zakopane, a few steps from Krupówki and other attractions. It's very convenient both for hiking and skiing, as it is very easy to get from there to Tatra Mountains trails and ski lifts. Also, a very helpful lady at the main reception desk. I would gladly return to this place.

ゲゲストNice please good price and perfect location between the old town and Jewish quarter literally 5 minutes walk to both.
Nice large and clean rooms. However my room only had a bath which I knew it was either a shower or a bath but I feel like it might be better to make everyone choose as I think everyone will have a definite preference but not the end of the world.
Breakfast is a bit boring and I probably would just go into town rather than use theirs as it's very expensive and not great compared to the rest of Krakow.

ゲゲストI had an amazing stay in Venetian house Kraków’s Market Square. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the Old Town, easy access to all the city’s main attractions. Being able to step out and instantly explore the beautiful streets, historic landmarks, and charming cafes was a huge plus.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kraków. The combination of location, comfort, and top-notch service made it an unforgettable stay. I will definitely be returning!

WWithhappyinside2泊しました。ここは学生寮で、夏の間はホテルとして貸し出されています。すべて清潔で新しいです。部屋には必要なものがほとんど揃っています。ハンガーはありませんでしたが、聞いてみればよかったかもしれません。試していません。電気ケトルもありませんでした。鍋で水を沸かしました。1号室には机があります。机とキッチンテーブルを兼ねています。2泊程度なら問題ありませんが、長期滞在にはあまり快適ではないと思います。窓からは隣のホテルが見えるので、夜はブラインドを閉めなければなりませんでした。カーテンはありません。受付の女性たちはとても親切で、チェックアウト時間を延長してくれました。共用エリアは利用しませんでしたが、ありました:) ホテルから少し離れたところに中心部行きのトラムがあり、小さな食料品店もあります。中心部まではトラムで8～10分ほどです（旧市街の入り口まで行くには、20番のトラムでボガテラ劇場停留所で降りました）。停留所はアパートから600メートルほどのところにあります。なぜか、壁には未開封の額縁が掛かっていて、まだビニールに包まれています😂。まるで美術品のようです😁

BBanyuexilougu場所は素晴らしく、駅と大きなショッピングモールに近く、市場まで徒歩数分、どこにでもアクセスできます。
隣のショッピングセンターは、たまり場や食べ物などのものを得るのに最適です。
「物理的な」受付なしでイブに簡単にチェックインできます。道路の向かいの駐車場はホテルの近くにあります。ホテルの部屋は必要なものがすべて揃っていて清潔です。朝は新鮮なネスプレッソコーヒーに感謝します。 😄
家族と一緒に旅行するとき、このホテルはとても便利で快適であることがわかりました。次回クラクフに戻ったら、間違いなく再予約します。

ゲゲストThe was a good selection of foods for breakfasts, the reception staff were pleasant, and there were good shopping facilities in the same building.
However, after checking in, we reported two problems in the bathroom. The waste plug in the wash hand basin did not stop the water running away, and the shower door would not stay closed. We were advised that the handy man did not work at weekends and it was suggested I use a cup for shaving as no other rooms were available.
The air conditioning was positioned above the bed. The result was an unpleasant cold breeze for anyone lying on the bed.
In the three days of our stay, the beds were not made by the cleaning staff.
