Big room with plenty of storage and shower room . Sadly my room wasn’t very clean, found dirty tissue under dresser.
Spa facilities amazing and 1hr free use each day if stay.

DDavid Lee from Hong KongI come to Scarborough only for football, Scarborough Athletic, the hotel is close to the football ground with about 20 minutes walk, train station 10 minutes. The hotel had gym and indoor swimming pool, who is fantastic for the hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent. I will come back again in February 2027. Up the Boro!!!

ゲゲストLovely bright double aspect twin bed room with large bathroom, sea view which was lovely. Clean and comfortable beds. Shower not brilliant but didn't spoil our stay. (One night). Good hairdryer and enough tea and coffee. Lovely staff. 😊

ゲゲストBooked for 3 nights stay, for which I had no toilet paper for duration of this days. No housekeeper attended the room . Was strong bad odor smell in the room.
Good location and have plenty amenities around the hotel.
Another thing that could have been looked into was the lift . In the entire building , despite its such a huge one , only one lift was running .

Our room was clean and cosy
In the room was hairdryer, iron and ironing board as well as tea/coffee facilities and an electric fan which was definitely needed with temps reaching 29 degrees 🥵
The outdoor area was stunning with lots of seating and little pods to dine in of an evening very pretty all lit up at night
All the staff were friendly and helpful
We will definitely return in the near future.

ホテルのレガシーは非常に人気のレストランで、事前予約が必要です。たまたまバレンタインデーだったのでレストランは満席で、ルームサービスを注文して部屋で食べるとさらに特別な気分になりました。
子供が夜に鼻血を出し、それがシーツにあふれていました。当初は清掃料金が心配でしたが、ホテルのフロントは「心配しないでください」と言い続けました。最初の謝罪からすぐに解放されました。

ゲゲストAbsolutely beautiful hotel breakfast plenty of bed was to die for didn't want to get out of it downside is parking Absolutely shambles when staff was parking there and you had to go elsewhere to park which was either 22 pound or 30 pound depending which car park disabled car disnt even have badges and wasn't checked either other than that fabulous night we for free cans of water and free cookies on reception

Llouise bloxhamI arrived late evening after a long journey and received a lovely welcome and an upgrade upon checking in. Both the hotel and the room were stunning. The stair case alone is so beautiful. My bed was super comfy and my room had a roll top bath and a separate rain dance shower. The water pressure was great for such an old building too. I also had a view of York Minster. It’s right next to the train station but also easy walking distance to the city centre.

ゲゲストI only stayed for the one night but I was impressed with the pleasant demeanour and organisational skill of the staff. My room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Finally, I had a very enjoyable breakfast with all staff being very attentive. I would certainly stay again if ever I was in the area .
