Room was okay but bed and furniture wasn’t user friendly. Need place the bed so you can get in at both sides. 🤷🏼

Location gteat. No guarantee of car parking space outside hotel but fairly large drop off area. Car spaces outside hotel are free from 6pm to 9am, pay and display at other times. I'd checked in online but still had to wait in a long queue on arrival to collect key. Room had no windows, it was advertised as well ventilated but it wasn't, it was so hot, far too hot to sleep. Only toiletries provided were a soap dispenser. The shower was great. Room was small but just enough space. TV signal was awful. Tea and coffee provided and extra supplies available in reception. Views over the sea were lovely. Great terrace to sit outside.

The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring sights of Harrogate everything very nearby! From checking in and our room available early with welcome cookies which were warm and amazing to checkout the staff could not be more helpful! The room was on the third floor clean, tidy and well presented. The gym and spa facilities were all good and nice to use and relax especially on a Sunday evening! The breakfast was buffet with a selection of hot and cold options the parcel machine was my favourite fresh pancakes which were delicious! This hotel is huge but it's well maintained clean tidy and such an enjoyable experience for our anniversary!

Impressive old building, great location, lovely breakfast. Our room was very spacious with a large bathroom which was great but as we were at the rear it was a bit dark as we looked out onto walls and the paintwork being a little dreary didn’t help but the bed was very comfy! Would have appreciated a bottle or two of water in the room. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely period hotel. When I arrived at the hotel no one was at reception which I found out was because poor Nadia was having to do everything. I had to come down later and inform her that I had parked my car in the car park (nb £14/day). The room was lovely big and clean. Do be aware though there is no lift and there are additional steps to get to the room and our room had 2 steps to get to the en-suite. The shower was massive.  There was no tea bags, and only 2 coffee pods with no explanation whether they were decaf or not. The tv remote would not switch the tv on or off. There were 2 bottles of water in the room but they needed to be paid for £2.50 each. For the price we paid for the hotel in advance too I feel we should have had more/better amenities in the room.

彼らはすべてきれいな女の子です。とても良いです、世界には女の子がいないことはできません。暗くて見つけにくいです。初めて列車に来ました。夜遅くに道が見つかりませんでした。googleは辛い鶏をナビゲートしました。反対側を回って、キツネがいます。目は緑です。夜の唯一の光は緑の目が揺れています。翌日、隣の道が墓地であることが分かりました。怖いです。夜明けには見つけやすいです。

立地は最高で、駅に近く、ヨーク大聖堂やブッチャーストリートも徒歩圏内です。ホテルの設備は少し古さを感じますが、清潔感は十分です。部屋は狭く、キングサイズのベッドと大きなソファベッドがあったので、荷物を詰め込むのに少し苦労しました。部屋からの眺めは素晴らしく、窓の一つからはまるで絵画のような景色が眺められました。朝食は種類豊富で、美味しいペストリーも楽しめました。自分で作るクレープは大人も子供も大喜びでした。オリジナルとストロベリーのフレーバーがあり、型から外すのが大変でした。スタッフは親切で丁寧でした。Ctripで予約しましたが、デポジットが不要だったので、とてもお得でした。

ホテルに到着したとき、予約に問題があり、フロントデスクのスタッフがすぐに紅茶/コーヒーを提供し、問題を解決している間、私たちを席に案内してくれました。所要時間は約 1 時間でしたが、スタッフはプロフェッショナルで、遅延に対してアップグレードとチョコレートの箱をくれました。朝食はまあまあの品揃えで、部屋は広くて快適でした。注: 駐車場が満車になる可能性があり、さらに離れた場所に駐車する必要があるため、早めに駐車場を予約してください。

以前に滞在したことがあります - ホテルの場所は、ハロゲート中心部に滞在したい人にとって理想的な場所です - すべてが手元にあります。 朝食はビュッフェスタイルで大丈夫でしたが、物事がどこにあるのか、お茶やコーヒーがセルフサービスであるのかをゲストに説明する必要があります。 私たちの主な問題は駐車場施設です。大型車があり、出入り口は非常に狭いです。また、駐車場の屋根にはダクトの形があります。 私たちは私たちのケースに入れるためにブーツを開けたときに、私たちは私たちの車を損傷しました。駐車場の有料料金として、ある時点では真剣に対処する必要があると感じており、将来的には滞在を検討するようになります。
