The first room I was given was very old, with a broken floor, damp on the wall by the bed, and paint that was peeling and coming off. The room was located in a separate building from the hotel. I was quite disappointed because this is not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The explanation I was given was that I had booked through a budget platform. Luckily, after changing rooms twice, I was finally able to get a room in the hotel’s main building. The reception staff were very kind and understanding of my family’s needs. Once in the main building, everything was exactly as expected. The pool is beautiful with a stunning view, which is the reason I have returned to this property for the fifth time.

The facility was clean and quite large. It was too cold for the pool. Do make sure you walk around the grounds and go to the water. We did not find it til the last night. Staff was super nice and attentive. They even set up reservations for us at a local restaurant. There are 3 restaurants but it seems they alternate which one is open. It was October so it may be due to the slower season.

カテゴリー内の標準的なホテルです。予約はダブルベッドのダブルルームだったのに、ツインルームが割り当てられたことに不満を感じました。ホテル側は、予約に使用したプラットフォームから受け取った情報に誤りがあったと説明しました。しかし、ホテル側は「空室がない」として部屋を変更したわけではなく、2つのベッドをつなげて「キングサイズ」のベッドにする方法を見つけてくれました。 私たちはホテルで食事をしませんでした。差別的な態度が気に入らないという理由だけでなく、何よりも地元のレストランで地元料理を体験し、楽しむことを好むからです。 同様に、ホテル経由で予約したお客様とオンラインプラットフォーム経由で予約したお客様に対する差別と明確な対応にも不満を感じました。このような差別的な行為は、ホテルがプラットフォームに支払う手数料に関連していると考えられますが、実際には、ホテル経由で予約したお客様が明確に優先され、対応と優遇に明確な違いを感じました。実際、チェックインの時も、私より後に受付に到着し、予約もしていないのに最初にサービスを受けた人が優先されました。受付では、私がすでに予約をしていたためサービスが早く、初めて来る人はホテルの条件や設備をすべて事前に知らされる必要があり、その手続きに時間がかかることから、次に別の従業員が対応すると説明されました。つまり、私はこの事実を無視することにしました。5分や10分の違いは今のところ私にとっては大したことではないし、何よりも、このような態度やその他の理由から、今後このホテルに泊まるつもりはありません。サンミゲル島に11日間滞在し、このホテル以外にも2つのホテルに泊まりましたが、このホテルでの体験が断然最悪だったからです。

I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND A VERY COMFORTABLE WEEK'S STAY AT HOTEL INATEL. IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS MANAGED VERY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE RESTAURANT SERVED A 3 COURSE DINNER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND COST LESS MONEY. I HOPE TO RETURN TO GRACIOSA TO THE CARAPACHO THERMAL BATHS AND THE HOTEL GRACIOSA INATEL THANK YOU, H.L. USA

Hotel muito bem localizado, perto de restaurantes e lojas... Pequeno almoço bom tinha de tudo um pouco.... Os funcionários muitos prestáveis, vieram nos trazem ao quarto roupões e chinelos para usarmos no jacuzzi. Gostamos da estadia...

Super vue. Hotel très spacieux et literie très confortable

Estadia simplesmente incrível. A equipa é extremamente atenciosa e simpática e a localização perfeita. Instalações bem decoradas, ótima limpeza e atenção aos detalhes. Recomendo!

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido maravillosa. Destacamos especialmente la atención del personal, siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. El desayuno fue de alta calidad, con una amplia variedad de opciones para todos los gustos, servido en un salón precioso con grandes cristaleras y unas vistas espectaculares a las montañas. La habitación estaba perfectamente equipada, limpia y muy cómoda, cumpliendo con todas nuestras expectativas. El spa fue, sin duda, uno de los puntos fuertes de nuestra estancia: las piscinas interiores y exteriores de aguas termales ofrecen una experiencia relajante única. Sin duda, un lugar para repetir.
