Kkapibara出張で利用しました。立地が良く、お部屋も広くて景色も良かったので快適に過ごせました。 近くに薬局やスーパーもあって便利です＾＾
ただ、お部屋のドアが重くて開け閉めが大変でした💦あと、引き出しに茶色いゴミ袋が放置されていたので清潔面では-⭐︎ひとつで。
スタッフの方は親切でチェックインの際に丁寧に対応してくれました。シカゴに行く際はまた利用したいと思います👐🏻

地下鉄駅から徒歩わずか5分と、とても便利な立地です。お部屋は清潔で明るく、寝具も柔らかく快適でした。フロントの女性は親切で丁寧な対応で、お部屋のアップグレードまでしてくれました。次回も必ずここに泊まります。とてもお得です！

ゲゲストMy Honest Experience After Reading Negative Reviews
I was initially quite hesitant to check into this hotel after reading a number of detailed and lengthy negative reviews, especially those highlighting hidden fees and cleanliness issues. However, upon arrival with my partner, I was pleasantly surprised.
The hotel was clean and well-decorated, with a modern and cohesive style. Our check-in process was fast and efficient, and the receptionist was friendly and happy to answer all of our questions—especially about the fees mentioned on the hotel’s website.
One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming.
The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly.
Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper.
Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises.
I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.

ゲゲストPool was saline and clean and warm enough to actually use. Breakfast was nice. Parking was $50 in the self park next door. Entrance houses 3 hotels which is confusing. Hotel had clean products and no terrible chemical or mold smells.

JJamesThis place is excellent if you’re a stressed out business traveler, looking for a good rate, and if you’re willing to manage your own transportation from the airport and back, but the amenities after a long late night arrival waking up the next day, sitting in the hot tub having a swim in the pool and a steam and a sauna along with an icy cold shower afterwards just recharges you after a long business trip, especially if you international like me I wouldn’t necessarily call it family friendly, but it’s definitely good for entrepreneur business travel if you can get a good rate otherwise there are other hotels out there if you can’t get a good rate. The rooms are not specifically special compared to the competition, but it’s an a quieter area and the fitness and aquatic amenities are what makes the difference for me as I have back problems and after a long international flight all I wanna do is get in the hot tub or take a steam or sauna. I’m needing an airport shuttle. I would not recommend this hotel and if you aren’t willing to risk having to pay a premium for a car service or Uber then do not book here. I wish I could stay at this hotel long enough to enjoy all of their amenities as they are really good, but as breakfast is not included, it can be a pricey for what you get when you compare it to other hotels in the area and hotels closer to the airport. Yet as long as I can get a good rate on this hotel, I will keep going back as I frequently travel international for work and just having the peace of the secluded area and the steam room and sauna make it a huge selling feature for me as they really assist my rejuvenation after a long day or more of travel.

KKrista1. チェックインを担当した人は、親切ではありませんでした。過去にもこのホテルに何度も宿泊し、素晴らしいサービスを受けました。しかし今回は違いました。チェックインを担当したスタッフのサービスは平均的で、あまりよく話を聞いてくれませんでした。ホテルを訪れる際は、笑顔で迎えられると嬉しくなりますし、旅行がしやすくなります。 2. シャワーを浴びたい時にお湯が出ませんでした。シャワーを浴びるためには、部屋に給水している階の貯湯タンクの温度を上げなければなりませんでした。ホテルの業務運営上、貯湯タンクの温度は定期的にチェックされるべきです。お湯の件で助けを求めて電話したとき、15分以上誰も来ませんでした。そのため、再度電話して、すぐにシャワーを浴びて寝なければならないことを説明する必要がありました。これは効率的なサービスではありませんでした。 3. 部屋の備品：部屋にはカフェインレスのコーヒーが3袋、普通のコーヒーが1袋しかありませんでした。午前1時30分に起きて準備したところ、この問題に気づきました。出発時間前にこの問題を解決する方法はありませんでした。清掃スタッフは、部屋に必要なものをきちんと用意するよう、もっと注意するべきです。4. 部屋の水で目や皮膚が焼けました。このホテルには何度も宿泊していますが、このような問題は一度もありませんでした。もしかしたら、今は水に何か問題があるのかもしれません。5. エアコン/ヒーターのファンが弱から強に切り替わりません。常に強で、うるさいです。問い合わせたところ、3階の部屋はすべてこの状態だと言われました。強風のファンの騒音で眠れませんでした。6. 旅の始まりは最悪でした。

MMark E.全体的に、長時間のフライトを終えた後に泊まるのに良い、お手頃価格のスイート スタイルのホテルです。すべてがかなり標準的です。内装は、90 年代後半から 2000 年代前半のスタイルで、典型的ではありますが時代遅れの装飾です。部屋のサーモスタットはおそらく私 (ミレニアル世代) よりも古く、設定温度が限られており、設定温度の表示はなく、ただ暑いか寒いかだけです。ホテルのスタッフは、ほぼ午後 10 時にチェックインしたにもかかわらず、非常に丁寧で親切でした。また、併設のアウトバック ステーキハウスは、チェックインが遅く、外食したくないときにはプラスでした。間違いなくまた泊まりたいです。
