The breakfast service was excellent. The room was nicely decorated, clean, spacious, had a lovely balcony.

他のシュタイ・ゲン・ベルガー・ホテルのサービスは素晴らしかったのですが、ここは少し奇妙でした。チェックイン時にセルフサービスシステムを使用し、毎日ハウスクリーニングをリクエストしました（システムには、掃除をしないと5ユーロの割引クーポンがもらえるオプションがあったため）。ルームクリーニングを選択した後でも、なぜかシステムはデフォルトで不要としました。3泊予約しましたが、毎回私たちの部屋はスキップされ、掃除もされず、備品も補充されませんでした。一度、清掃部門に電話して掃除を依頼しましたが、それでも行われませんでした…言葉が出ません。しかし、ホテルの設備は素晴らしく、部屋も素晴らしかったです。チェックイン時にセルフサービスシステムを使用しない方が良いでしょう。ばかげています。当初、ホテルの立地と部屋の設備には非常に満足し、期待を上回っていました👍が、掃除がされていなかったため、ティッシュやその他の必需品を届けてもらうために毎回フロントデスクに電話する必要がありました…それは少し安っぽいと感じました。

Wir hatten eine perfekte Woche in diesem Hotel. Unfassbar freundliches, teils sehr junges, Personal, sehr gute Qualität der Speisen, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit Traumlage. Leider haben wir bei der Anreise Zeit verloren, da wir erst um 16 Uhr in das Zimmer konnten, das ist ein No-Go. Ich würde empfehlen, in den Bädern ”Soft Close”-Toilettendeckel zu installieren. Mindert den Lärm im Zimmer. Leider hört man auch deutlich den Fahrstuhl, selbst in weiter entfernten Zimmern. Trotz der wenigen negativen Punkten gibt es volle Punktzahl bei der Gesamtbewertung

私たちにとって、このホテルの最大の魅力の一つは立地でした。ミュンヘンメッセまでバスで一駅、車なら約5分の距離にあります。展示会やイベントに参加する人にとっては、早朝や長い一日がずっと楽になります。 もう一つ印象的だったのは、ホテル全体が非常に清潔で手入れが行き届いていることでした。カーペットなど、施設の一部はかなり年季が入っているように見えましたが、驚くほどきれいに管理されていました。古びた印象ではなく、運営する人々によって大切に維持され、尊重されているという印象を受けました。 ロビーのちょっとした心遣いも気に入りました。大人も子供も楽しめるアイスクリーム、クッキー、飲み物などの軽食が用意されており、空間に温かい雰囲気をもたらしていました。ホテルを単なる宿泊施設ではなく、より親しみやすく感じさせる、そういったシンプルな気配りの一つでした。 24時間利用できるジムも、思わぬ嬉しいボーナスでした。長い一日を終えて遅く到着した後でも、出かける前に早朝に運動したい場合でも、この柔軟性は本当に便利でした。 車で来る人にとって、ホテルの目の前にある無料駐車場も、見過ごせない便利な点でした。特にミュンヘン周辺では、駐車場が高額になったり複雑になったりすることが多いため、これは大変助かります。 滞在中に唯一少し残念だったのは、フロントでの対応です。対応してくれた男性の一人が、やや短気でぶっきらぼうに感じられました。公平を期すために言えば、私たちが滞在中はホテルが満室で、仕事量と絶え間ない客の流れがその原因だったのかもしれません。それでも、それ以外の非常に良い経験の中で、その一点だけが少し目立ちました。

これはガルミッシュにあるまともな4-starホテルです。駅から徒歩7分でした。ケバブショップとアイスクリームレストランが隣と向かいにありました。 DMドラッグストア、スーパーマーケット、その他のレストランは徒歩数分以内です。 朝食はビュッフェスタイルでした。朝食に数人のスタッフがいて、素晴らしかったです。彼らはあなたがその日にどんな種類のコーヒーと卵が好きか尋ねます、そして彼らのサービスは迅速で丁寧でした。クロワッサンとロール、トースター、スモークサーモン、さまざまなスプレッド、ハム、チーズ、フルーツジュース、野菜、シリアル、牛乳/脱脂牛乳/豆乳/オートミール牛乳、10種類以上のお茶など、食べ物の選択肢は十分でした。 4-5午後はティータイムです。リビングルームはエレガントで広としており、落ち着いた音楽を背景に、落ち着いて家にいるように感じます。新聞を読んだり、棚から本を選ぶことができます。 小さなプール、蒸気、サウナもあり、特に雨が降って寒い日は特に快適でリラックスできます。 私の部屋には山に面したバルコニーがあります。夜明けと夕暮れにこの景色を楽しむのは壮観で素晴らしかったです。 スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。毎日シャツとネクタイを着た紳士がいました(たまたま足を怪我して仕事に正体と松葉杖を着ていました)。私が質問をし、「これが私がここにいる理由です」と言ったとき、彼は助けと多くの提案を自発的に提供しました!

For a hotel located by the lake with a relatively high rating, I naturally expected a comfortable and reasonably spacious room with a nice lake view. However, I booked a single room and was honestly very disappointed upon entering. The room was extremely small, the bed felt cramped, and the ceiling was very low due to the sloped roof which means I couldn’t even sit upright on the bed comfortably. Even worse, there was no proper view through the window at all. The window was tiny, making the room quite dark, and it didn’t face anything pleasant. The photos on the website were also quite misleading and did not match the actual room I received. For a room priced at around €150 per night, this kind of space and condition feels unreasonable. To be fair, the facilities in the whole are fairly good. There is a wellness area, a gym, and a restaurant with great food and a nice view. However, the restaurant is also quite expensive, and breakfast is not included and must be paid separately. Given the pricing, I don’t think these aspects deserve excessive praise. What really matters is the room itself. Paying €150 per night for a room of about 15 square meters, with an average ceiling height of less than 2.2 meters and a very tiny window facing other’s balcony, honestly made me feel misled. In my opinion, the room quality does not match the price at all.

公共交通機関は文字通り徒歩2分の距離です。とても便利です。駅にとても近いので、荷物のことで頭を悩ませる必要もありません。 部屋は清潔で、バスルームの水道ホースが壊れていることに気づいたとき、すぐに部屋を変えてくれました。サービスも良かったです。

ミュンヘンでの深夜滞在に嬉しいサプライズ ミュンヘンには午後10時に到着し、慣れない街で宿探しに手探りで取り組まなければならないだろうと覚悟していました。しかし、駅を出てナビに従って進むと、約10分でホテルに到着しました。荷物を運ぶのも楽々で、本当に助かりました！ 部屋は、さらに嬉しいサプライズでした。設備は完璧に整備されており、すべてが清潔でした。圧迫感は全くなく、荷物を置くとすぐにリラックスできました。翌日の朝食も期待以上でした。パンから温かい料理まで、新鮮な食材を使ったバラエティ豊かなメニューで、一日の始まりにぴったりでした。 サービスは終始、非常に丁寧でした。チェックイン時も質問の時も、スタッフは皆、とても親切で忍耐強く対応してくれました。ミュンヘンにまた来ることがあれば、間違いなくこのホテルを選びます！
