Villa Rantakoivikko is a newly built villa, completed in 2023, designed to accommodate various needs. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway with family or a remote work retreat, this well-equipped villa on the shores of Lake Karvianjärvi provides the perfect setting. This log-constructed villa (2023) is equipped with modern comforts. The property features a shallow, soft sandy-bottomed shoreline, a private dock, and a rowing boat. In winter, guests can enjoy ice swimming right by the villa, with an ice hole pump keeping the opening clear throughout the season. The villa has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a pull-out bed that extends to 160 x 200 cm. Additionally, there is a spacious loft with two mattresses on the floor, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa set, a dining table and chairs, a fireplace, and a smart TV. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a breakfast cabinet with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. The villa also features a separate WC with a washing machine.
