Nice Experience. Enjoy ang mga bata in all activities and indoor pool. Maulan lang ng dumating kami kaya limited ang activities, pero bumawi the following day. Mababait at magagalang ang mga staff and may malasakit sa mga guests. May senior kaming kasama pero may available silang service para d mahirapan pag akyat Good place for barkadahan. Maraming akyatan para ma explore ang buong place pero sulit naman. Di available ang bonfire dahil umulan pero pede naman mag fishing Complete ang gamit sa kitchen. Must bring: towels, toiletries, sponge, dish washing, kitchen towels, tissue/paper towels. Pede magluto. Limited ang kakainan sa labas so better magdala ng food. We availed the Big cabin with 10 available beddings. Excess of 10, need to pay 500 per pax for set up of addl beddings, can accommodate up to 15 pax. 4 bathrooms. Maganda ipasyal ang mga bisitang galing abroad at makapagbonding ng matagal.Definitely babalik kami and will recommend to our friends.

ロケーションはとても便利で、マクドナルドにも近いです。👍 部屋は清潔で、部屋のエアコンはいいです！👍🥶 事前予約をしたのに部屋の準備ができるまで待たされたので、サービスには4/5を付けました。😐なので、次回は事前予約/オンライン予約をした人を優先してくれるといいのですが。🥺🙃 廊下の外では朝6時半という早い時間からスタッフの声が聞こえます。まだ寝ているゲストにもっと配慮してほしいです。🤐🤫😴 でも、全体的にはSogo Gen Triでの滞在は素晴らしかったです🫡👍👌

The place is clean and very comfy, with enough beds, also the view is good. The location is very near to most of the good restaurants and tourist spots.

The best stay in tagaytay so far

We stayed in Porto Novo Anilao Dive & Leisure Resort for 7 days 6 nights. The rooms are very clean and the food in their restaurant is very good. The F&B staff are friendly and the food is yummy. We did 16 dives with them. Thanks very much to instructor Mervin, JM and their dive team. They are professional, very friendly and make you feel like a VIP. They took us to several beautiful dive sites which I never think Anilao have them. I strongly recommend this resort and I am sure I will come back again. Special thanks to Janet for the Lo Mei, JM for the Mei Hon and Halo Halo. Hope to see you all again very soon.

Overall the rooms is fine, although very basic and noisy if facing the busy avenue a few meters away from the windows. The bathroom turns into a permanent pool after the first shower, no curtain or divider between the shower and the bathroom, the water hardly drains as the floor is sloping towards the walls and door rather than toward the drain. Lighting in the bathroom is very poor, one can't see him/herself in the mirror, it makes shaving or putting makeup on, a real challenge. And there are no other mirrors in the room. Streaming services are available but not free, you need an account, as it is pay per view. No cable TV No shelves or closet, only 2 hangers on hooks on the wall.

I highly recommend this hotel to other travellers! this hotel has a great staff and friendly staff and the hotel are really clean and you can smell the cleanliness of this hotel ! thankyou so much dragonfly! we’ll see you again next time/
