ホテルの立地も良く、車で約5分でとても美味しいレストランがあり、隣には大きな公園があります。駐車場はとても便利です。ホテルには空港への特別な車もあります。次回も予約してください。

フィエスタインで予約をしましたが、部屋の状態に驚いた後、すぐに返金をお願いし、代わりにハイアットに行くことにしました。ホテルは良いデザインの選択と全体的な清潔さで豪華さを感じているので、私がした最高の決定。サービスも本当に速くてフレンドリーで、このホテルについて悪いことは言うことができません。出張や休暇のために予約するのに最適な場所です。

La habitación que nos toco estaba muy bien, muy limpia y tanto las camas como las almohadas estaban super cómodas, sin embargo supimos que en algunos habitaciones se descompuso el aire acondicionado. Lo que no me gusto para nada fue la total falta de respeto del personal en la alberca, son super estrictos en los horarios (que no están publicados en ningún lugar) les vale si hay gente metida en el agua y comienzan a poner los químicos para limpiar la alberca a las 9 de la noche en punto, luego nos tratamos de quedar un rato mas en la terraza al lado de la alberca, los meseros super groseros que nos dijeron que tienes que consumir o no puedes estar ahí, eso si, llegan a exigir su propina. Primero nos dijeron que podíamos estar ahí un rato pero luego llego un ”guardia” a decirnos que ya teníamos que estar en nuestra habitación, total que apagan la luz sin importar si hay gente en el lugar, definitivamente es un punto a mejorar.

I was reading some recent reviews of the ”Marriot Villahermosa Hotel” and I saw some them were ”Not Good” or actually ”Bad”. I disagree with them and after spending 50 nigths in the last 8 months in the hotel, I believe that my point of view will be more objective than others (with all due respect). First the services is good, and sometimes (most of them) is great. Everybody is always willing to help (Front Desk, Bells Boys, Waitress, etc). Indeed you have new hires which are less capable of answering questions or helping first hand, but there is always a ”backup”. We all have been ”new” to certain jobs and we all have had the need to learn, so being hard on people just because they are taking their first steps on this bussines is not fair. The Rooms are like in most of the Marriots : Clean, Spacious, Well Maintained, etc. The breakfast buffete is the best in town for a Hotel (I have already try several other options in Villahermosa) and on top of the ”flavour” the service in the restaurant and in the executive lounge is always very good. So... don't be afraid and book your next stay in here, you will not regret it.

Es un lugar ameno y seguro para disfrutar de un buen descanso en familia o amigos , es higiénico y accesible , ya que esta ubicado en el Centro de Villa Hermosa , Tabasco, México lo cual facilita desplaz**** hacia los lugares cercanos que se deseen visitar. Cuenta con cafetería, Restaurante y demás servicios.

フロントデスクのサービスはとても良くて熱心です。最初は親子旅行を見るために料金を請求しなければなりませんでした。突然、早めにチェックインしましょう!これだけでとても使い勝手が良く、チェックインもとても速く、最初の部屋のエアコンが壊れてすぐに部屋を変えました。また、wifに接続し、エアコンをつけ、子供たちが好きなテレビ番組をオンにするのを手伝いました。部屋の衛生状態、特にお湯の入浴に満足しています。どちらが非常に熱くなり、熱と冷を調整することもできます。こんなに快適なお湯があり、疲れを和らげるホテルはほとんどありません。費用対効果の高い、トランジットまたは要件がそれほど高くない旅行者の最初の選択肢。周辺のショッピングや朝食はとても便利です。

La habitación muy limpia y bonita, cumple con lo que dice la página oficial, tiene lo necesario para tener una estancia cómoda. Todo el proceso desde recepción es muy agradable ya que el personal te trata de la mejor forma posible. Muy grata mi estancia en el hotel.

This was a one-night stopover. Parking was easy. The hotel was good with nice rooms. The restaurant was surprisingly good. Breakfast was great! So was dinner - not haute cuisine but tasty and filling - and reasonably priced. Its position on a major road wasn't great and would have stopped us either driving out or walking about but as it was a one-night stopover and the restaurant was good, that wasn't a problem. Even with the busy road, the noise was not enough to stop sleep and I'm a light sleeper.
