I was reading some recent reviews of the ”Marriot Villahermosa Hotel” and I saw some them were ”Not Good” or actually ”Bad”. I disagree with them and after spending 50 nigths in the last 8 months in the hotel, I believe that my point of view will be more objective than others (with all due respect). First the services is good, and sometimes (most of them) is great. Everybody is always willing to help (Front Desk, Bells Boys, Waitress, etc). Indeed you have new hires which are less capable of answering questions or helping first hand, but there is always a ”backup”. We all have been ”new” to certain jobs and we all have had the need to learn, so being hard on people just because they are taking their first steps on this bussines is not fair. The Rooms are like in most of the Marriots : Clean, Spacious, Well Maintained, etc. The breakfast buffete is the best in town for a Hotel (I have already try several other options in Villahermosa) and on top of the ”flavour” the service in the restaurant and in the executive lounge is always very good. So... don't be afraid and book your next stay in here, you will not regret it.
