到着するとすぐにスタッフが荷物を持って出迎えてくれました！森林海（フォレストシー）の環境はとても良く、景色も最高です！案内も分かりやすかったです！温泉、遊園地のチケット、ビュッフェ式朝食も含まれていました！さらに、専属のバトラーがいて、すべてのアクティビティについて丁寧に説明してくれ、質問にも辛抱強く答えてくれました！道中で会ったスタッフも皆サービス態度が素晴らしかったです！部屋の清掃も非常に良くできており、何か必要なものがあればフロントに連絡するとすぐに持ってきてくれました！夜の様々なショーやイベントも素晴らしく、全体的に非常に満足です！次回は他のタイプの部屋も試してみたいです。

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and was truly impressed by the overall service, cleanliness, and comfort. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better. A special thanks to Robbie, who was super helpful throughout my stay. He was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable for me. His support and positive attitude really stood out and made a big difference. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to stay here again.

This guesthouse provides a shuttle bus ride to a nearest subway station, it’s clean, newly renovated with beautiful views on mountains and sea, if you are looking for a quite weekend it’s a great place with swimming pool and hot springs, the best is a coffee place with a great owner and great coffee and cats! We also tried local chinese restaurant which was delicious and busy, so better to book it in advance

From the moment we arrived by car, every staff member greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The front desk team was professional and courteous—no matter when we made a request, your colleagues provided attentive assistance and valuable recommendations, making us feel truly cared for. The hotel’s facilities are outstanding, the pool view is especially beautiful, and we greatly enjoyed the amenities in our room. Over the course of just two days, many team members left a lasting impression on us. We would like to give special recognition to: Front Desk: Lucy, Ella, Crystal, Bob, and several other staff members whose names we did not catch—they were consistently friendly, efficient, and thoughtful in their arrangements.

Family getaway First of all, I was amazed at the fact we were welcomed and checked in long before 2 pm, as soon as we arrived at noon. Next great thing was that the receptionist helped us to swipe rooms, as we booked one king size bed but for the family of four it was a bit inconvenient, so in a matter of 10 minutes we got a spacious room with 2 wide beds. So the night sleep was unmatched. The location- from the first glance - looked a bit weird, coz actually the hotel is the part of the bigger residential area, although multi-stored houses are still in the stage of development and not fully inhabited. But, on the second day, when we explored the whole area we found out there were much much worse districts with entirely damaged roads, abandoned structures and left behind businesses. So after that ugly image I changed my initial impression and have to say the hotel is just right for family and perfect rest. We had a wonderful time while taking baths and even the hot springs square isn’t large we counted no less than 20 bath tubs with great proportion of aromatic and herb additives so you may enjoy the fragrance while bathing. Meantime you also can sip various herbal tea or water at the bar or have a nap on the hot stone platform. Cool place for kids too, with the separate pool, mini aqua park, swimming pool for adults was also beautiful though not the right season for swimming. Nice playground for infants and snooker tables for adults. We loved the breakfast too, many options including European food and coffee. Maybe one of the best benefits of choosing this hotel was proximity to the gorgeous mountain park also designed for families with young kids. The zigzag mountain road, the panoramic views and the hiking trail were simply amazing. Traveling that area means you may try local food which is goose, duck and home raised chickens, river fish and the main local specialty- rice cooked in the bamboo tree. All tasted great.

私は最近このホテルに滞在し、素晴らしい経験をしました。到着した瞬間から、スタッフは優れたサービスで際立っていました。私が出会ったすべての従業員は、信じられないほど丁寧で積極的で、常に暖かく本物の笑顔を身に着けていました。フロントでもレストランでもハウスキーピングチームでも、彼らの気配りは私を本当に歓迎してくれました。 部屋は清潔で快適でしたが、私の滞在を向上させたのは本物のおもてなしでした。チームは、私が尋ねる必要さえする前に私の要求を支援するために邪魔をしませんでした。このような一貫した友好性と効率性を見つけることはめったにありません。 間違いなく、私は戻ってきます。このホテルは、その人の優しさとプロ意識を通して、私の忠誠心を勝ち取りました。心からのサービスを大切にする人に強くお勧めします。

This is a lovely place to go for a night or two to just relax. Also a pet friendly place, so that makes is ideal for me! The front desk are really helpful and you can add them onto your wechat to contact them directly anytime. They provide all essentials to be comfortable. I did ask if I could have a kettle for inside my tent, for coffee, which they were able to provide for me. Dinner options, you can choose chicken hot pot or the crawfish hot pot at their reception, which you can do yourself by your tent, or tell them you’d like to cook it in their dining area. Otherwise you can also barbecue your own things at your camp sight. It’s suggested to take your own food to bbq there, as their choices are limited. They did provide me with some sweet potato when I asked, and the chicken hot pot was really tasty and filling! The tent was clean, comfortable and has AC. We stayed in the smallest tents they provide, and it was perfect for what we needed. They have a swimming pool facility that is open from 4:30-6:30pm only. It would be nice if was available in the morning as well!! There’s not a lot to do in the surrounding area of the resort. You can do fishing, go for walks through the forest along the stream. I suggest to take some activity things to do like badminton or other board games etc. There are great play areas for kids, and fun slides are incorporated into the designs of some of the rooms. There are plenty different types of tent facilities and some have some really nice privacy looking onto the stream and have some outdoor hot spring tubs (plunge pool). The small tent porches don’t have privacy, but they are adequate for a short stay in nature. Getting there is easy by didi or hired car, getting back you just need to make your search on the app more wide because the location is a bit isolated from busy areas, but otherwise that’s also not a problem.

このホテルが家族連れや子供連れに最適だとは思いませんでした。2歳と4歳の子供がいます。部屋の状態は完璧で、清潔で広々としていました。天気は良くありませんでしたが、普通のプールではなく洞窟の中にある屋内プールがあるので、このホテルを楽しむのに問題はありませんでした😝洞窟の天井には自然のもののような穴が開いており、室内の雰囲気が人工の洞窟のようになっています。また、2つの異なる子供部屋があります。親が子供を観察するのに簡単で便利です。さらに、写真スポットがたくさんあります😍最後に、チェックアウトのときに、ホテルが子供向けのアートクラフトと料理教室を提供していることに気付きました。最初から最後まで楽しかったです。またここに来たいと思います。

オンラインで部屋を予約したのですが、チェックイン時のフロントスタッフはとても親切でプロフェッショナルでした。ヴィラエリアから本館に無料でアップグレードしてくれたのも嬉しかったです。部屋は清潔で明るく、広いバルコニーからは遠くに温泉ホテルの複合施設、そして近くには緑豊かな植物と咲き誇る花々が見えました。消毒済みのスリッパは一目見ただけで新品のようでした。バスルームはウェットエリアとドライエリアが分かれていて、使い捨てのバスタブライナー付きの大きなバスタブがありました。全体的に快適でリラックスできました。その後のロッククライミングは、スマホ中毒の子供を大喜びさせました。大きさや効果の異なる様々な温泉で、時間を忘れて過ごしました。朝食は私の味覚を満足させ、チェックアウト時にはフルーツの盛り合わせというサプライズプレゼントまでいただきました。総じて、また必ず訪れたい場所です。

1. 設備: 部屋の設備は平均的で、テレビがデジタルではない点を除けば、他は問題ありませんでした。 共用エリアの設備は手入れが行き届いており、古すぎるということはありませんでした。 2. 清潔さ: 清潔で快適でした。 3. プール: 部屋には2つのプライベートプールがあり、1つは冷水、もう1つは本物の温泉で、プライバシーが保たれていました。 公共プールも非常に多かったです。 4. サービス: ホテルのスタッフは親切で、電動カートでの送迎（フロントに電話するだけ）がとても便利でした。
