ホテルは市街地の中心部に位置しており、観光スポットへのアクセスも便利です。数百メートル先に地下鉄の駅もあり、移動にとても便利でした。部屋は清潔に保たれており、広々としていて、家族旅行にぴったりです。コンシェルジュの方は返信が早く、滞在中のどんな問題にも迅速に対応してくれました。サービスは素晴らしく、強くお勧めします！[強][強]

ホームステイは清潔で整頓されていて、衛生的で快適です。上司は気配りがあり、親切で、賞賛しています。夕方、ペディキュアに行き、遅く帰ってきました。上司は私たちが戻ってくるまでドアを待っていました。彼は休むために行きました。 寝具は快適です。マットレスは適度に硬いです。枕はラテックス枕で、支えがあります。 デザインは新しい中国風です。 おやすみデザート、果物、軽食を送った。 五つ星の賞賛に値する。

家族は湖南旅行中にいくつかのホテルに泊まりましたが、ここが一番満足でした！若干の潔癖症の私にとって、この衛生的な場所は本当に言うことなしで、素晴らしいです！長沙から鳳凰に向かう途中、雨が降っていたのでチェックインが遅くなり、長沙のように駐車スペースが無いのではないかと心配したところ、フロントの女性に連絡して席を確保してもらいました。駐車スペースがあるでしょう！また、交通上の安全に気を配るようにとても丁寧にお願いしていただき、正直、チェックインする前からとても温かい気持ちになりました。到着してみると、駐車台数が多くて停めやすかったです！夜の9時近くにホテルに入ると、フロントの女性2人がすぐにチェックインを手伝ってくれて、おやすみの甘汁の時間ですよと教えてくれて、必要か聞いてくれて手伝ってくれました。ご予約ください👍🏻帰りにお土産もあげました！終わりに：思いやりのあるサービス、清潔で衛生的！全体的な環境はとても快適です！部屋の設備や寝具も充実！次回行くときは間違いなく必須の選択肢です！ ！

設備:ジム、温泉プール 環境:衛生状態はとてもきれいで、外の緑もとても良く、人を快適に感じさせます サービス:ホテルのスタッフはとても丁寧で、旅行中にルートを計画するのを手伝ってくれる執事がいます 今回は友達とフェニックスに遊びに来ました。ウィンダムホテルを選びました。朝食は美味しくてバラエティに富んでいました。私は正午に彼らの田舎に行き、夕方に焚き火パーティーを見ました。夜の夜景はとても美しいです。この旅はとても幸せです。次回友達が来るときにお勧めします。もう一度やりたい場所です

ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で丁寧でした。ロケーションは抜群で、芙蓉城の景勝地に近いです（ゲストには無料の送迎サービスも提供しています）。無料の客室アップグレードと無料のフルーツ。さらに、ゲストがぐっすり眠れるよう、夜間に部屋のバルコニーの照明が消えているかどうか（蚊が睡眠を妨げるのを防ぐため）の確認も行います。第二に、景勝地に無料で連れて行ってもらえました。景勝地までのルートマップも紹介しています。私たちはこれに深く感動しました。皆さんにここに泊まることを強くお勧めします。

The hotel is pretty much near the entrance. Around 5 mins walk from the main entrance OR about 2-3 mins walk from the West entrance. We stayed on the 2nd floor, and the terrace view is excellent! You will slightly hear the waterfall during the night time even when you closed the door, but that's not a big deal at all. I think the view we got is worth with the price. Whenever you want to rest, just come back to the hotel. Nice for those who want to spend time here.

とても満足のいく滞在でした！ホームステイはデザイン性が高く、リラックスできて居心地の良い雰囲気です。お部屋は広々として明るく、アメニティも充実しており、特にバスルームと寝具は上質なものでした。ぐっすり眠ることができました。窓からの眺めは素晴らしく、朝は爽快な気分でした。オーナーの方は親切で丁寧な対応をしてくださいました。バルコニーも最高で、素晴らしい景色を眺めながらリラックスするのにぴったりでした。素晴らしい滞在で、帰りたくなくなってしまいました！

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our five-night stay at Annica. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by friendly, attentive staff who immediately took care of our luggage, treated us to a beautiful afternoon tea, and ensured everything was seamless throughout our stay. A special and heartfelt mention must go to Lyra, who truly made our experience exceptional. She worked tirelessly to organise all our tickets and tailor our itinerary to suit the weather and how we felt each day. When plans needed to change due to poor weather, Lyra handled everything effortlessly. Each evening, she took time to sit with us, review the next day’s plans, and make sure we felt relaxed and prepared. She was consistently friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Lyra is a true asset and an inspiration to anyone in the service industry. Our room at Annica was stunning, with breathtaking mountain views, a dreamy bathtub complete with a complimentary bath bomb, and a comfortable living space where we enjoyed watching Avatar in the evenings after dinner. The food at Annica was divine—fresh, flavourful, beautifully prepared, and authentically delicious. We also adored Juju the cat, who added an extra layer of warmth and charm to our stay. We cannot recommend Annica highly enough and are already looking forward to our next visit. A special thank you again to Lyra for making our stay so memorable. See you soon, Annica.

とてもお勧めのホームステイです。デザインはとても美しく、部屋ごとにスタイルが異なります。バルコニーのロッキングチェアに横になってぼんやりと川の景色を眺めるのはとても楽しいです。夜は湖に沿って散歩できます。第一線のリバービュールーム、衛生状態もとてもきれいで、女将はとても素敵です、おすすめの食べ物は全部美味しくて高価ではありません。こんなにたくさん言って、私はレビューを書く人はほとんどいません。

Location: From a view and nature prospective, this was amazing, and the pictures speak for themselves. However, note that getting there is another story as its 25-30 minutes from Wulingyan and 40 minutes from Zhangjiajie City and with most Didi drivers doubting the route and even some requesting extra money for their trip back. Cleanliness: This part is unfortunately the only negative part i can find regarding this homestay, due to the nature of the location, several bugs / insects can be found within the room, and im not sure if the daily cleaning is done properly as the floor was dusty and still littered with bugs. Service: Amazing !!!!, Mr Huang was one of the best hosts, checking up with me daily and even when im arriving late just to ensure my safety, also helping with booking some activities. Facilities: Again, amazing. Although i booked the room with the outdoor tub, it was dirty with the color of the water being green and the drainage was not working properly as it flooded the whole balcony. And do note that the smart toilet does not have the bidet feature.
