Stayed here with my child on our way home from LA and loved this property. Sometimes with smaller/lesser known hotels, I'm not optimistic of how the pictures match up to the actual property and how clean they will be. Our room was immaculate, the beds are quite comfy and the pool area is very clean and well maintained. It's also centrally located and the staff was very professional and kind. I will absolutely be back. Hopefully for a longer stay next time!

The bathrooms are definitely in need of an update. BUT! Things were clean and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The pools are mostly well kept. For 100$ a night, it was great!

The spas and pools were delightful. The noise from the street didn't bother us like it did for other guests that wrote reviews. Mike was the front desk agent. He was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The bathroom floor wasn't sparkling clean, but it was acceptable. I would definitely stay here again.

Majority of staff were friendly and helpful, loved Jose in maintenance, he was the best! The rooms were clean. The pool area was satisfactory, but room lacked things like a tea kettle in the room or a blow dryer. Had to move several times due to noisy road and no hot water in our building. If I came back, I would ask that my room was not next to the housekeeping/laundry facilities, and definitely want to face the pool, but quite honestly I think there’s better located places to stay. 10 minute Uber to downtown. Not much of a vibe in the area. We did find a great restaurant (JWB Restaurant) in the Margaritaville hotel, which is a five minute walk from motel.

No warm or hot water to shower. When I went to the lobby to check out I thought I would at least get the resort fee waived. NOT! DID NOT APPRECIATE THAT. I HAD THREE KIDS WITH ME AND WE COULD NOT SHOWER

Room and facility does not look anything like photos advertised . Front desk doesn’t answer phone calls

Had to reset the key card almost every single time I needed to go in my room. Bathtub had grime, leftover trash on the ground as well. The floors were EXTREMELY dirty, my socks turned brown.

They charged my credit card for resort fees even though we already paid it through *******. Literally the worst experience.

Nobody came to clean our room that weekend or give us more towels but over it was nice. I liked the hot tub

Honestly this place had a great yet deceiving photographer take the pictures. We were very surprised about the state of the hotel when we arrived. It was not clean and was extremely run down. The staff were nice and accommodating, but our room was filthy and housekeeping did not come during our stay, we had to track them down to provide us with “clean” towels which were 9/10 times stained. The only good thing about this hotel was that it was in a good location.

It was a little to nosy, at night we could hear the 🚨 sirens and the vehicles passing by, and in the morning house keeping was a little to loud with their conversations. Frontdesk guy was very professional

Pleasantly surprised. Updated, clean, quiet at 10. Pool music nice, but I think it should stop by 8 or 9. Had an echo dot, which I appreciated.

Property was clean. Pools were great, two pools one heated one salt water. Room was clean, updated sink. Bathtub was old but fine.

Very nice!! The hotel was well-appointed, with modern furniture and comfy beds! The ‘heated’ swimming pool was a bit too cool to enjoy, though.
