Nos gusto mucho el hotel, las habitaciones no son como las imágenes, al menos no nos tocaron las habitaciones modernas como en las imágenes! Fuera de eso todo estuvo bien!

Great location and staff. Although be prepared for loud road noise all day and most of the night. For the price, there is no breakfast or even coffee included. The restaurant has good food at US prices. PV is no longer an inexpensive vacation. Best thing is the malacon is just a one minute walk.

The staff are great. The rooms are clean as a whistle, using all organic products.It's located only one block from the malecon. It has a really nice restaurant, called Coexist. And its very quirky nice.

We have stayed here many times over the years as This is our go-to hotel when arriving in Puerto Vallarta. We normally stay for a few days prior to continuing our travels in Mexico. Rooms are clean and staff is helpful. We enjoy their breakfasts. We’ve always felt safe staying here.

My only critique is the lack of elevator. I’m not handicap but it would be difficult for someone challenged to take stairs

The property is just off the heart of the active Malecon area. Older but well maintained property and rooms were very clean. I had a room that faced the busy and loud street so could have been quieter for more peaceful sleep. There is a very nice center courtyard with pool and a bar and restaurant but I did not partake in either

The Staff here is Perfecto. If we needed anything they made sure our needs were met. Carlos at the front desk was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The maids, Coexist restaurant staff and the maintenance man were all so pleasant. We look forward to staying here once again.

Nice clean place smack dab in the middle of “old town”. And yet a very quiet place with nice courtyard. Rooms are small but comfortable and plenty of hot water.

I do not recommend this hotel. 1. My bathroom had MOLD. There was no fan, window or ventilation of any kind in our bathrooms. I witnessed and took photos of them JUST PAINTING OVER IT... No vinegar, bleach, nothing to deal with the mold. So it smelled of paint all 3 days I was there. I'v been sick for over a month since getting back. 2. The second bed in the room was a not a bed but a mattress on top of a futon. .

We thought had paid in full before trip but couldn’t have they charged us 1900 pesos towards our 2 night stay

Hotel was perfect for my needs. I needed a one night stay between a few days in Yelapa, and flying out of PV. The room was clean. Water pressure was amazing. Lots of conveniences immediately around the hotel. 10 minute walk to the romantic zone. The only suggestion I have for them is maybe they consider a fee you can pay to check in a few hours early. Otherwise it was A .

Kitchenette is not worth having as it has near no supplies. No coffee in room. Old towels. Location is great, very good to walk to everything. A/C, fridge worked well. Would stay again for the location.

Basic low cost walk-up accommodation. Smallish room in older facility. Nice courtyard with pool and tropical vegetation. Inventory of linens and employee inspection of room before checkout was off-putting. Coexist restaurant on site was very good. Easy access to Malecon and shopping. Staff in hotel and restaurant were friendly and helpful.

A very well kept modest hotel in a great location by the Romantic Zone. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. Our room was large, immaculate had a super comfortable bed. I would stay again.
