Very disappointing as a 5-star hotel. Spider in the bathroom and tea stains on the cup. All staff apart from the one whom I met at check-in were not professional nor friendly. Very regrettable experience.

Good location Staff very smartly dressed & efficient Buffet breakfast cold, too much cooked in advance must be huge waste, plates cold. Dining room far too small for size of hotel, ended up eating breakfast in bar at unlaid tables. Also saw dogs in restaurant a real no for 5* Spa disappointing, Have never seen gym equipment in same room as pool & jacuzzi before also should have adult only for some hours

Bathroom had see through curtains... Water in the room had "complimentary" note on it and right next to it there was a sign with prices for same water and snacks....contradictory information. So was water free or would I be charged for it? It wasn't clear. I paid for hotel which included taxes already. At check out I was told that I have to pay extra 4 euros for city tax. Pitiful amount and yet made me unhappy that there was another charge added on the top of already charged taxes. Considering the price, it wasnt the greatest 5 star hotel I stayed at.

Very nice hotel situated in the old Town of Vilnius. Sauna, steam, jacuzzi and small pool available. Walking distance to everything in the city centre.

A nice hotel overall. Lovely and convenient location (close vicinity to the airport and walking distance into Old Town). Rooms are pleasant, relatively spacious and have views overlooking old town if you book the right room. Two criticisms of the room: 1. The "King Bed" is extremely uncomfortable. It is two beds stuck together and there is a huge 'dip' in the middle where the beds connect. It's misleading, especially when you pay extra money for a room with a king instead of a double. 2. The design of the bathroom if poor. It is horribly cramped, little / no shelf space and if you use the rainfall shower the bathroom will flood entirely because of the design of the screen door. No other complaints. You get the basics in the room (water) and there is a chargeable mini bar. Staff are nice and check in was easy. A great location, nice hotel but some subtle improvements would help to warrant a 5* rating.

The main attractions, such as Vilnius Cathedral and the Gediminas Tower, are within walking distance (worth to visit) , making it a perfect location of your stay for exploring the city. Whether youre visiting Vilnius for business or leisure, this hotel is the perfect choice.

A great hotel with exceptional staff. Location is excellent, in the heart of the Old Town of Vilnius. The hotel has a nice bar and a gym/sauna/pool room. It’s the staff that really make it stand out though - a proper concierge and great people manning the desk, always looking to go the extra mile for guests. Would stay here again and recommend.

This hotel is excellent in every area! I was looking for something affordable near the train station and received a most unexpected surprise. The staff were welcoming, helpful and professional. The room was perfectly appointed and the amenities were top notch. The area was almost magical. This was a most enjoyable stay.

Overall this is a good hotel, excellent breakfast, good location, the hotel just had a good “feel”.

The room is really nice and the view is simply awesome. However the shower/washroom is quite small. Not much space for you to put stuff. The staff is really helpful and friendly. The location is simply perfect but it is quite noisy at night esp when there is concert or function held nearby. The breakfast area is quite small though very nice. I had to sit in the bar area for my breakfast because there was no more seats in the breakfast area. It is inconvenient to pass through the lobby everytime when I wanted to get something.

As a business traveller, I stay in different hotels almost every week. Also, I do have rather high demands on service, cleanliness and comfort. This is the first time, I really can't complain on anything. Everything was just absolutely excellent!
