フロントの態度が超悪い。セーターを着た黒人の女の子。

The hotel is nice and well kept. Ask for a room high up in the hotel. The road noice is really bothering at lower floors. The breakfast restaurant is extremely slow.

I loved the complimentary water and vouchers for the restaurant. The staff was very friendly from the warm welcome to the pleasant check out. The location is convenient in walking distance of great shopping and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

Last minute stay. Comfortable bed. ROOM 1007. 2nd worst view I have ever had in a hotel room. Into the Hilton exercise area. Reasonable breakfast. Although would be better with regular toast than the biscuits gives

Conveniently located near the Museums and close walk to many good restaurant options. Hotel itself was clean and had comfortable beds and pillows. Restaurant in lobby was very good and staff everywhere was friendly.

Room was so quiet and clean, and the staff responded immediately and in a friendly and professional manner to all questions and issues.

I recommend. Spent the night with my kids and they enjoyed their stay. I’d say friendly staff is their main focus, but the room was clean and many dining options nearby as well.

I would probably never want to book here again. Although the staff was friendly, the problem was with the rooms. Not only when I went to step into the elevator, there's a dip, and I fell into the elevator, and threw all my things had to pull myself back up and went to my room I was very confused because it was so small and I had booked a deluxe room and then it smell like somebody has been smoking terribly in there. Also, the window would not shut so it was freezing cold. I had to go downstairs and change rooms and even the new room also had this sort of lingering smell of like a Vegas room of smoke. And each night we stayed in our room we kept getting this terrible cough from the air vents settlement in her chest that we were breathing in. We also had people going from door-to-door asking if people were smoking in the rooms , I wanted to enjoy my stay here and I was taking one of my best friends to this place, but I will never stay here . Also, Quik tip the food in the diner. Downstairs was really awful.

Love it! Comfortable bed and pillows room comes with a robe and slippers. I’m a sucker for good bedding. Staff was really nice. Check in and check out was super easy. Wish they had vending machines for late night snacks but I definitely will be back.

A very enjoyable stay. Great ambiance and friendly and efficient staff. LOVED the beautiful blue tiling in the shower!!

My husband and I did a christmas weekend in the city. Our room looked brand new, very clean and modern. The best part was the bed, SUPER comfortable. Honestly, after a full day of doing things, cocktails, dinner and a show, all I really care about is a good night's sleep. Loved the location too, we had a beautiful view of the lake and planetarium.

We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 at night and they didn’t have a room for us.
