Great experience and lovely people/ service

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at the Hotel Tiama. The modern rooms, lovely city views, and convenient location made it a perfect base for me. I must give a special shoutout to the breakfast buffet team. Martial, Henri, Herve, Cyrille, Ramata, Assale, Linda, Jordan and everyone, you made my mornings! Your warm welcome and attentive service truly stood out. The entire staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were friendly and professional. I highly recommend Hotel Tiama for anyone visiting Abidjan!

The hotel is very confortable and the staff very helpful and attentive. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant is good with a variety of selections to choose from. Eliane Atta at the front desk was very friendly and helpful during my stay.

As usual, I recommend this hotel in terms of quality / price and services. Kudos to Marius, Martial, and Ramata for their warm welcome. The food is good. One would enjoy the "Tuesdays happy hour" offered by the hotel manager - it's a great get-together.

Elaine Dedou and Carnel Kevin were extremely exceptional. I will lodge at TIAMA anytime I come to Ivory Coast. They provide excellent customer service, great facilities, wide variety of continental dishes. Thumbs up. I will definitely come back!

Very good accommodation for business stay. Great breakfast and service, especially Cyrille, Martial and N'eho. Friendly and helpful staff, conveniently located and comfortable rooms. I have stayed here on many different occasions and have always been highly satisfied.

Our group held a workshop at Hotel Tiana in Abidjan in April 2024. Every aspect was executed perfectly from the meeting room to the guest room to catering to service by the hotel team. We also organized a field visit. Edith was extremely effective with all of the arrangements. She also handled last minute requests with grace. Thank you!
