stay was great. really clean room. wifi service was excellent. staff was very accommodating. it was quite and in the back away from the other guests and the greatest part was, they had a smoking room available for a small additional charge! didn't know places still offered those. so worth it!!!

Pleasuring experience

The location was good... Service was great... The facility itself was very clean... THEY REALLY UPGRADED THIS PLACE... AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

Cockroaches and other bugs. Bathroom door handle broken and would lock you in. Horrible condition. I regret staying here.

First of all I didn't stay they were Rude because I didn't have the $100.00,

Was asked to leave a 50 dollar deposit and after checkout was charged 30 dollars by them for supposedly stains on towels and pillow cases which is a lie because i never even ate in room.Was given the qrong room i paid for a king they gave a double bed instead.If ******* reads the reviews he has done the 30 dollar charge to alot of customers.******* should remove them off there site nothing but no good thieves Dude in front was very rude when i called and asked about the 30 dollar charge

They wanted $150.00 cash even though the room was paid for by credit card

The staff was was very rude it was not very cleanand very dangerous . I would honestly like my money back i even had to leave there and rent another motel .There was a dangerous hose in the pool plus there was electrical outlets with wires hanging out of them . Also there was rusty and jagged edges on the stairs and boogers on our motel room wall nasty and stained bedding and a guy tried asking us to buy fetanyl in the parking lot. I am very unhappy with econolodge and me and my family felt very unsafe.

The one pro first... The room was clean. I stood in the lobby waiting for almost 5 minutes before somebody showed up. During check in, 5 police cars pulled in apparently looking for somebody. That doesn't make a good impression. Nor did the exteriors of the buildings with huge ****s growing all over the place in what were suppose to be flower beds. The room was big enough, but little things like the lamps not plugged in and the bathroom door swinging the wrong way (blocking the sink) were aggravating. Additionally, the drains weren't good with the shower ending up with a swimming pool in the tub. I couldn't wait to leave the next morning.

The room was extremely hot considering the AC was on when we got there and they waited 2 hrs to check and by then they said we were in the room too ling to change so that was disappointing and the bathroom was disgusting and was not clean at all and smelled like pee. The tub had ***** so i know it was not cleaned properly or not at all when i asked about it he ignored the issue instead of staying another night we came to a different hotel

Stayed one night basically to shower and sleep got up early to leave cleaned all trash out made beds and got charged $30 dollars because a towel was dirty from there floor at the shower and apparently I wear makeup (which I do not) because they claim there was makeup on the sheets so I was basically charged 30$ so they could wash the sheets and towels very unhappy will NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL again the ****s very overgrown a cockroach at the door when I opened it neighbors in next room smoking **** I have pictures to show was not happy

The hotel was very run down and it felt more like a place for homeless people to stay. We had to wade through the ****s to get to our door. This was just not a enjoyable place we were in edge the whole time. Opened our door and ran right into a homeless man digging in the trash can. Would not ever stay here again. I was trying to save money but I made a mistake booking this place.
