Customer service was great, hotel was horrible, it had mad roaches everywhere, security door lock was broken so getting in and out of the room was a pain in the ass, it’s super ghetto in that area as well, load music playing at 1 am, the floor where disgusting

Gave me a room with no sheet, towels or toilet paper .. along with a lot of big killing chemicals on the floor Wouldn't let me upload a photo

The room was clean and nicely appointed with new furniture, however it reeked with a strong perfume odor. Whatever they're using to clean has a strong artificial scent that was havoc on my sinuses. Even after airing the room out for an hour it still lingered. Also, the bed slips around on the platform because it's too slick. The vehicle noise from the freeway & parking lot kept me up all night. triple-paned windows would help with that.

The people and staff treated me terrible. They even accused me.of using a stolen credit card to purchase the room, when in fact my aunt purchased the room for me. It was a terrible stay. I'll never go there again

When we drove up it was at nighttime, there were some sketching looking people around the property. My husband said he saw a security guard so I felt somewhat safe. When we walked into our room it had just been remodeled. I could still smell the chemicals. The room looked very nice. The beds in my opinion were comfortable, my husband said the opposite. The mattresses are set upon a platform but not attached so they slide when you sit on them. The platforms are hard so when you sit in the bed your legs hit them (unless you move the mattress over to the edge) which can be uncomfortable or even painful. Also when you walk by them you can hit your legs on the corners. Other than that, it was very quiet most of the night, and it served its purpose.

Staff was every helpful. I forgot my shampoo and blow dryer they supplied them for me. We returned to our room later that night and we left the room with the heater turn way down & it was still too hot so we slept with the window open. That’s way it was uncomfortable.

I love motel 6 , the housekeepers are always so nice and on point.The management is nice as well. Areas well kept up despite the crappy loaction its in. This motel makes this side of town look alot better becuse without it this side of town would just be trash. Thanlyou Motel 6 for being awesome

It was a surprise to find out that it cost extra for a microwave & fridge. In Palmdale we had no heat in our room we were offer blankets, after a chat they moved us to a room with heat. The temperature that night was 31.

Absolutely beautiful One of the best motel 6 I have seen. Very clean courteous and up to date in the interior of the room. Very impressed. I would recomend this motel 6 for anyone
