Stayed here during the Meskel holidays. Checking in took some time (2 hours of waiting) since we had no choice but to go to the hotel early before the roads close. Place has modern amenities that made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is okay, a good selection for vegans and health conscious alike.

One of the reasons we come back here is Mizan. She is an absolute delight. She gives excellent customer service and we couldn't appreciate her more. Super welcoming and accommodating. She makes this place feel like home . Thank you Mizan :)

I've stayed in Hyatt in Addis Ababa several times. It is a safe and good hotel. The staff is nice and helpful.

I am quite disappointed from the recent stay at Hyatt Regency. On arrival while reaching the room , discovered that internet connectivity is not working in the entire hotel. It was thanks to one front office staff who helped me send out few critical messages by lending her own wifi. The connectivity didn't resume till after over 36 hours. Next morning to my utter surprise found out that there's no hot water in the bathroom leading to a cold shower. Again no information from hotel staff. One thing must appreciating is a very humble, polite and helpful staff which shows a great culture!

This evening I had Iftqr at the Kitchen Hyatt Addis, i was amazed by the heart fully service provided by Ms Etsub 🙏🙏 🙏 Many thanks she really made the Iftar joyful, it was a great experience, I am sure you will enjoy it. Give a try 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Hello Hayat Regency Management, Overall, my experience was excellent, although I was unable to extend my stay and had to switch to a different hotel. Firstly, I'd like to commend the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general. The service provided, both at the restaurant and reception, was exceptional. Additionally, your internet service is among the best in town, which, as a Google Engineer, I can attest to. However, I must address an issue regarding the parking entry, which was quite challenging. Despite the availability of ample parking spaces, the entry point was poorly designed, making it difficult to maneuver in and out. I even sought assistance but unfortunately couldn't find any. I hope this issue can be addressed. Furthermore, there seems to be a communication gap regarding the parking, as those directing customers to the lot should clarify whether it's manageable for new arrivals. It was disappointing to be guided to the parking lot by someone representing Hayat Regency, only to find it inaccessible. Thank you for considering this feedback, and I hope it contributes to enhancing the overall experience for future guests.

The staff at this location are amazing, responsive and quick. They responded to each of my needs during my stay. The facilities are beautiful including the pool and gym. The restaurants are also very nice at the hotel. I highly recommend this location.

This is a top-notch hotel in the center of Addis, providing amazing service and accommodation. The pool was amazing, along with the food and beverage service across the hotel. My room had a lovely view of the pool and the mountains in the distant. I highly recommend this hotel for short and long term stay! And the Valet boys outside are always helpful and friendly!
