Appreciate the housekeeping staff actually letting me sleep until checkout, very kind. Front desk staff was good. Only issue was loud neighbors coming in and out late night on Saturday, and I saw a small roach in the bathroom when I woke up so I didn’t extend.

Checking was good, parking was good. Lobby looked clean. Elevator was kinda tattered. Hotel was far from booked. My room was not updated, fixtures were dusty, sink handle was broken #519. Tub was not clean and did not drain. Exterior window as dirty so no view of the pool. Tv was difficult to adjust.

Other Marriott properties seem to offer breakfast included and room safes, but not Courtyard. I keep forgetting that. Biggest beef was that I didn't earn any Bonvoy points, nor did I get any Marriott benefits for my reward status, because I booked on *******!

I woke up at 1:30AM to find a very large rat in my bathroom. I called front desk, and she brought me a keycard for another room about 10 minutes later. When I went down at 4:30AM to checkout and go to the airport, the front desk person was sound to sleep on the sofa. I waited for about 15 minutes for my Uber, received a phone call that rang out loud and she still didn't know I was there. I have reached out to hotel management by phone and email and have had no response.

There was no front desk staff for about 15 minutes and a line of people waiting to check out. I even called the front desk and let it ring to see if anyone would appear and they didn’t. Front desk told us there was free breakfast in the morning and we found out that wasn’t true. For $200 a night, free continental breakfast and full staffed front desk should be the bare minimum.

Literally this was one of the worse hotel experiences I ever had. First when we came to check in, there was no one at the front desk. I waited for over 20mins for someone to show up. I was told n hurry so I can make a show . I even called the hotel number 3 times and it lead just ringing with no answer. Finally I get my room. So we go up. The hallway smelled like pot. The people on the 4th floor were noisy and loud bsnging on doors and slamming. I didn’t get hardly any sleep at all . From all the noise and banging and loud musings c. It was horrible. I tried to tell the guy at the front desk and he didn’t even seem to care at all. Just horrible customer service. And not being able to relax and sleep was horrible. Considering we only got the room cause we were too tired to drive 35 mins away.
