Odyssee Park Hotel

At reception a guy was not with good manner and they never offered the compliment water for the room.

Il faudrait rénover ces hôtels qui ont fleuri à une époque (1970/1990), les étoiles attribué datent de l’époque/il faut arrêter de se mentir et vendre de l’illusion aux clients…..!

Voici mon résumé pour trois nuits dans cet hôtel. Arrivee vers 14h : premier contact le parking pas de place on nous demande de se garer à côté sur un parking payant. Ca commence bien. Deuxieme contact avec le réceptionniste qui est vraiment antipathique et non chalant pas de sourire. Remise des clés vers 14h30 nous arrivons dans la chambre il faut mettre un coup de pied dans la porte pour rentrer chambre 414 ou 416 nous rentrons dans la chambre première impression assez bonne lit doubles avec un canapé vue sur mer, la salle de bain un peu vieillotte mais c'est propre. Direction la piscine parfaite elle est progressive avec des transats en bon état et des serviettes mise à disposition. Le soir première sortie en voiture, pour rentrer à l' hôtel de nouveau pas de place sur le parking, pas de place sur le parking payant nous devons chercher par nous-même une place de parking à 1 km de l'hôtel, avec une personne âgée ce n'est pas évident. Direction la reception on leur fait part de notre mécontentement le problème est bien connu mais aucune solution il s'en foutent pourtants sur le descriptif de l'hôtel il est bien indiqué qu'un parking est mis à disposition: menteur.Première nuit et premier petit déjeuner, quelle déception pas d'eau , pas de lait, pas de céréales,pas de yaourt pas de fruits Comment faire avec des enfants? la seule chose à volonté les crudités les oignons des choux des concombres la salade une dizaine de sauce avec aucune étiquette, un grille-pain qui réchauffe mais qui ne grille pas. Heuresement il y a un cuisinier qui fait des omelettes et une cuisinière qui fait des crêpes marocaines mais une par une donc il faut patienter pratiquement 10 minutes pour avoir une crêpe. On décide de rester sur sur cette deuxième journée à l'hôtel le midi interdit d'apporter son manger autour de la piscine , on demande la carte du snack , reponse : il n'est pas ouvert. On demande la carte du restaurant réponse il n'y a pas de carte il faut voir directement avec le cuisinier. il n'y a pas de carte que c'est en fonction du menu du jour. Ok on va prendre le menu du jour viande haché et salade composée (3 minuscules boulettes de viandes hachée 90 dirhams et la salade 60 dirhams) le tout dégueulasse. Sinon le ménage des chambres est fait avant 14h. Il y a pres de la piscine un babyfoot et table de ping pong. la salle de sport est tbienmais ouvre seulem3nt de 10h a 18h, c'est trop court. donc au final nous ne reviendrons pas.

Place needs updating..bathroom has mildew and needs a deep clean , fridge broken, outside light broken, patio doors let in rain and wind, plugs hanging out, heating not working, receptionist dishonest ..... Concierge and waiters sweet

This was once a beautiful place to stay set in what was once tranquil gardens. It has been run into the ground we have stayed here many times and decided to come back and give it another chance . HUGE MISTAKE. Upon arrival we had no towels in our room and when we asked for some we were told later rudely. We were given a very old dirty kettle which blew out the electric in our room . The tv no longer has English channels and when we mentioned to the technician he laughed the tv was retuned and we found 2. We luckily brought our fire stick . The breakfast is absolutely shocking not worth going for and the waiters follow you around like you going to steal the salt and pepper!!! it is a very uncomfortable place to lay by the pool if you are female. The young rude ignorant pervy slimy pool boy makes it very uncomfortable and hard to relax . He has a giant speaker which plays very loud until about 6.30pm. On top of this the bar plays music too so you are listening to two different songs at the same time and it’s unbearable. The useless manager is aggressive and once money has been taken he does not care if you are uncomfortable. They all talk about you whilst looking right at you when you have complained. On top of that the place is very old and run down the bathrooms are shocking dirty and rusty. Also the balconies are like tower block dungeons you can’t see over unless standing up pebble dash blocks AVOID this place especially ladies !! I am here right now and will not go to the pool or to the breakfast room again.

Stayed in a Superior room for 4 days, this room had a terrace overlooking the pool. Had a kettle and hairdryer. Room very clean, cleaned and towels changed daily. Loved the staff, food, breakfast had a wide range of pastries, fruit, salads and hot freshly made omeletts, eggs and various other foods. Freshly squeezed juices ie beetroot, cucumber, orange. Steps through gardens down to the beach 5 mins walk and to a rwide range of restaurants. Pool is heated so its not freezing so had a swim daily. Good amount of sunbeds so no rushing for them. Very helpful bell man, quick to help with any luggage needs. Only entertainment was music by the pool but good for me, but also it was Ramadan so quiet. There's a bar with pool table and table tennis outside with a cute kiddies park and gardens, so serene. I loved it so much that we booked for a further 3 days, opting for a standard room. Room exactly the same minus a kettle but had a balcony overlooking the pool. Both rooms had a free lockable safe in the wardrobe. I will definitely go back there. We had an amazing relaxing stay. Thanks to all the staff. Five stars from me for cost, location. Food and room. Must add the large led tv in the rooms had various channels, we watched great movies at night. Good wifi everywhere in the hotel!! The gym was closed for refurbishment but we were allowed to look, good range of equipment. Only thing is bring a cheap shower curtain with rings as they don't provide them, possibly an infection control thing.

I had a very unfortunate experience at Odyssee Park Hotel in Agadir and felt compelled to share it to help other travelers make an informed decision. When I arrived, I quickly discovered that the air conditioning wasn’t working—a major issue given the 30°C heat. When I asked the staff about it, they told me they didn’t know when it would be fixed and offered a fan only if other guests returned it. Sleeping in a room that felt like a sauna was incredibly uncomfortable and unacceptable for a hotel in this climate. The condition of the bed was shocking. There were visible stains on both the mattress topper and the covers—some of which looked like dried blood and other unpleasant substances. It was honestly disturbing and made me question the hygiene standards of the entire hotel. The breakfast was extremely underwhelming—bland, low in quality, and left me feeling unsatisfied. Not what I would expect from a hotel in this price range. I also found the staff to be generally unhelpful and not particularly welcoming, which added to the negative atmosphere during my short stay. Due to all of these issues, I decided to check out after just one night and moved to a different hotel. Overall, I would not recommend Odyssee Park Hotel.

Do not book this hotel very simple, save your time, money and stress. If you have any problems simply call the Police by dialing 19. Arrived for check in and guests were complaining about the AC. Check in staff withheld from me that AC was not working. When asked they said the problem only started today and is expected to fix my tomorrow. Later the same day, another member of staff mentioned that the AC has not been working for over a week! They refused to provide any fans and kept providing false information saying the AC is almost fixed. I booked through Booking dot com and when they contacted the hotel to get more details, they replied by saying everything in the hotel is in full working order. This was said by Abdul Kabir at the check in desk. He was not the manager yet managed to ‘upgrade’ my room to Sea View despite all rooms being affected by non-functioning AC. Whenever you ask for the manager, they are never around. Abdul Kabir expected payment to solve the problem or provide a basic fan. When I asked him to call the manager he said no one is around and he does not have the authority to take action. To other locals, he openly told them he was the manager. He was unaware that I understood basic Arabic.

Good location was able to get around the city very easy. The 2 lady receptionists were friendly and helpful and the porters welcomed us with a warm response. The bar staff were fantastic and were always accommodating. I would stay here again. Rooms were clean and the bedding was good too. Only negative would be more food and drink options to me be added on the menu.
