Absolutely brilliant service from all the staff members in the hotel. Everyone was so very helpful and willing to assist you even if it meant going out of their way….. Such polite reception staff Ilham and Ramzi, they were both very accommodating. Elghalia, the manager was very considerate every morning during breakfast service.Tarik took care of all our breakfast/lunch orders which were always brilliantly served. Thank you ALL. We will visit again very soon.

Our stay at the Borjs Suites and Spa Hotel in Agadir was very relaxing. Although it's a bit of a walk to the main town and dining spots, there are taxis conveniently waiting right in front of the hotel. The fares ranged from €2 to €5, depending on the destination, and the drive to town only took about 5-10 minutes, saving us a lot of time. The beach, however, is within a good walking distance. The hotel offers excellent food and shisha, along with a rooftop bar where you can relax, watch sports, and enjoy lively music. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and some were quite funny. Their service was faster and better than what we experienced at the local restaurants. While the WiFi was a bit slow, it was functional. The hotel's decor has a cultural flair, which we appreciated. I had an amazing hammam and massage at their spa; they truly take care of you. The highlight of our stay was the terrace view of the sea and the mountain inscription. Waking up to that incredible sight every morning was a delight.

Awful hotel. The room was dirty, very basic, broken toilet & shower, not all lighting not working. Patio furniture dirty & shabby. Only good thing about the hotel was the pool. We booked a aid extra for a deluxe room only to be told all double rooms were the same. The balcony doors didn't lock & had to be fixed. I'd rate 1* for the room. The staff told us the area wasn't safe at night. Building work & waste kand next to the hotel. Waste of money. Lucky the agents we went with gave us a refund.

Probably a good standard hotel for Morocco. Shared room with Girlfriend. Bedroom is on the small-ish size but comfortable enough queen size bed, NO amenities in the room(ie Kettle/coffee etc!). Small fridge in wardrobe but NO in room safe Bathroom has walk-in shower with shampoo provided also a standard hotel type hairdryer. Breakfast has very little choice. 10min walk to beach, 20min walk supermarket, 30/40min walk Souk el Had. Roof top bar, Restaurants on site. Good size cold pool

Awful experience with the family. noisy bar at the 3rd floor stopped at 2am. Breakfast : limited choice and poor quality Reception : staff unqualified Pool : dirty and not secure. I ve lost my sun glasses and no one wanted to help me find them. Food : overpriced. Better alternatives are easy to find. Overall. very awful choice.

The hotel is basic, rooms spacious, furniture a bit dated, rooms could do with a facelift or freshening up. Majority of staff are very attentive, guys at the pool work really hard to ensure everything you need is there. Roof top bar a nice place to end your day. Dont expect much of the hotel and you wont be disappointed.

Located 15 mins walk to Agadir Centre along the seafront, this personal, traditional Moroccan hotel has lovely touches and a special feel to it. With a relaxing pool and spa, amazing rooftop restaurant and bar and multiple communal areas, the Borjs hotel offers great value for money, for all ages. Upgrading to sea view rooms is definitely recommended. However, if you want to avoid loud music, especially at the weekend until the early hours, request a room on the furthest side of the hotel from the bar. There is lots of construction in the tourist areas of Agadir. For a contrast to this and the traditional villages, souks etc. venture into Agadir Bay, Founty area, only 5 minutes walk, for a modern, upmarket atmosphere. Staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. Airport transfers, excursions and currency exchange can be arranged by reception. Memorable day and overnight trips to cater for all requests are organised by Valhalla Surf Camp and their super, fun local guides.
