This was our first visit to Letsos and after reading the reviews before we came, with it being a mixed bag, we decided to bite the bullet and book as we chose a deluxe room. There are both pro's and con's to this place, but we'll start with the negatives. *Whilst the poor area is good, very big, there are too many things that let it down. Firstly this pool isn't exclusive to guests of the hotel and this isn't clear when booking with Jet2. It gets flooded daily with local kids, and it's not just the odd few. It's swarms with up to 20 at a time. The age of these children varied from around 10-20 years old. They're not the quietest either and at times smoking **** (including youngest children) and frolicking in the pool when there are little kids around. It's simply not acceptable and the hotel staff don't do anything about this. Other holiday makers who aren't staying at the hotel also frequently use the pool. This should be clear when booking as when it comes to getting a bed, it can be a challenge, and when you're a paying guest, it shouldn't be. *Half of the amenities around the pool are not working. The beds in the centre are absent and when querying this, we're told that they're not ready (not acceptable when we're in summer). The hydro pool doesn't work. Loads of loose wires around the hydro pool. It's a shame as the pool itself is great (probably why everyone flocks to it). *No hot water! We complained every day for a week until we were finally moved. We were told every day by the hotel staff to leave it running for 10 mins and it'll get hot, never happened. We complained to the Jet2 rep (useless too), and she advised the same. We weren't the only guests to complain about this either after talking to many others. Even when we were moved, Whilst we got hot water at times, it wasn't consistent. *Air con issues in our original room. Again we complained to the hotel that it wasn't working and each time we were told it was on from their end. That's great, but if we're telling you it's not working in the room then maybe you need to listen. It turns out there was a fault with with the air con (our room was a duplex so there were two units, one upstairs and one downstairs). We chose the upstairs one as the xool air would drift down and when we complained on the 3rd time, we were advised that they switched on downstairs as upstairs had a fault. But they failed to advise us this so we had three days of paying for something we couldn't use. We made it clear that we wanted 3 days adding on for the days we couldn't use it and whilst they eventually agreed, it took some assertiveness for them to do this. Even the rep wouldn't ask them to do this and told us it was the hotels discretion (surely that's what a rep is meant to be here for?). *Aside from the pool, nothing else to entertain kids. Inside the old cocktail bar they have a pool table, air hockey, basketball game, etc. But they're all just stored there and not working, why?? *For pretty mu
