Nice property and very clean. Restaurants and coffee shops very close by. Beautiful restaurant on the beach. Easy access everywhere by bus.

Had a 2 bedroom apartment with a small kitchen and 2 balconies. Beds we’re comfortable and the pool was nice however there were a lot of insects by the pool, bees and I saw some cockroaches too. Not sure if its thoroughly cleaned each day. But none the less great location and nice clean rooms. Reception girl was lovely and helped us get laundry done too!

Location is great. It served its purpose while we enjoyed the island.

Stayed for a few days whilst in Naxos. Location is great, 2 mins from the beach and main street. There's car parking on site too which was good. Room was nice and clean, and we enjoyed the pool area too.

On the positive side, Hotel Francesca offers great value, complete with a relaxing pool, convenient location, and spacious room. On the downside, our room’s bathroom door was broken and the bathroom itself was not well designed (water everywhere when showering!), and the customer service could be a lot better. Asking for extra towels and blankets was met with not much enthusiasm.

We stayed here for 13 nights at approx.€40 a night which was amazing. Our room was quite basic with a decent shower and a quaint balcony. The pool was the real saviour here. Always relatively quiet and always clean. Just as a note, mosquitos were a big problem at night in the room. We lit citronella candles but were still badly bitten on our legs. The sheets were changed daily with new towels! We availed of the free transfer to the airport home as well which was very kind. Staff were friendly.

We stayed here for 5 nights. We had a 2 bed apartment and it was lovely. The rooms were spacious and the balcony overlooked the pool which was beautiful. The rooms was cleaned everyday and we were given clean towels each day too. The pool was lovely to have a swim in. We didn't have breakfast but know this is available. The gentleman that owned the hotel was very kind and drove us to a wedding we were attending and to the port when we left. The hotel is in a great location, right near the beach, lovely restaurants, supermarkets and the bus stop This really is a hidden little gem and if we ever return to Naxos we would definitely stay at Hotel Francesca again.

Easy parking and close to beach

Second time I’ve stayed here, same room in fact, lovely and relaxing by the pool, good breakfasts and in a great location for the fabulous Agios Prokopios, Agia Anna and PLAKA beaches. Lots of restaurants around and the Bus and Taxi stop for Naxos town and Port is nearby.

The pool is amazing, one of the best. This hotel is one of my favourites. The surrounding roads and pavements are not very good.

Fantastic location, close to bus, beach, and restaurants. We also really enjoyed the guitar shaped pool.

The location of Hotel Francesca is great! A 5min walk to the beach, with a number of additional beaches just down the road. A 20min taxi or ATV ride into the main town of Chora. We did find that as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers that our room was quite small - the trundle bed which turns into 2 single beds ended up making our room wall-to-wall beds. In retrospect we should have requested something a bit larger to allow ourselves some walking room. If my kids were younger (i.e. 10 and younger) this would not have been an issue at all.

Not bad, for price. Pretty great place, smelled good. Walking distance to beach.
