Nice helpful staff. very patient to my changing order. Parking in the hotel, grate location. Clean rooms, bathrooms. We booked 31 room half hour before arriving, and every thing was very good. I enjoy the stay

Another comfortable stay! I look forward to the breakfast. We had dinner this time as well and we both really enjoyed our meal. Its so close to the airport and a very secure property. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Hotel was attractive, spacious and comfortable. It is extremely close to the airport so it was very convenient for our last night stay before boarding an early flight the next day. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

It's always a comfortable, safe and convenient stay at the Trapp. The breakfasts is great and the staff are helpful and friendly. Our go to boutique style stop over in San Jose!

The hotel is in an oasis of nature safely nestled away from the busy nearby airport traffic. Each spacious room also has a balcony. The dinner and breakfast we were served were both delicious. A perfect finish to our trip!

The Inn was incredibly beautiful, an oasis. The dinner was great as well as its value for money. The staff was beyond incredible with communication and customer service (they went above and beyond to create a great experience).

Trapp Family Country Lodge in Alajuela is a beautiful oasis in a bustling city, and is conveniently situated near SJO Airport. The property has majestic shade trees, a pool, a garden, a lovely porch for dining, Adirondack chairs for relaxing, rooms with beautiful wooden furniture, open air balconies, and a ceiling fan. With the enormous old shade trees, high ceilings and a ceiling fan, an air conditioner was not necessary. This is not your typical chain hotel found in every city in the world. Trapp Family Country Lodge truly felt like a uniquely Costa Rican experience. The property was very secure, and the staff were super nice. I plan to stay here on future visits!
