アニサ ビーチ & ビレッジ(Anissa Beach Hotel)

All the staff are welcoming, friendly, and work hard to be sure you have a relaxing holiday. The rooms and facilities are super clean, the food is fresh and varied. Most guests are german. Being British we thought it might be awkward, but people are polite and friendly and we found people to chat with. We love the open garden spaces and close proximity to the beach. We also joined in yoga and tennis. Hotel was about half full at this time. Many empty sunbeds, relaxing lunch. Breakfast and evening dinner a little busy, so go early or later. Definitely worth trying to use Italian restaurant and Greek taverna on site as the meals are included in All Inclusive. We had great evenings in both with lovely food and even a bit of dancing with the live singer and group in the taverna.

Not quite all inclusive. Had to pay for drinks at an a la carte restaurant even water! Beautiful setting. Lounge chairs were plentiful Food was varied and excellent Staff were very helpful and friendly Only complaint was ants in our room even the bed

I came with my daughter for just a quick getaway- 4 nights - still here as a matter of fact- leaving tomorrow and I must say that this has been the most amazing experience. I travel a lot and this hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations. Where should I start, - check in - we were automatically upgraded to a sea view room. The room was amazing, clean, modern, and airy. WIFI 5G worked perfectly. The staff was the best, from the waiting staff, bar staff,reception and entertainment- all were absolutely amazing. All spoke fluent German and English. The clientele was all German, I think we were the only English speaking, but all spoke to us in perfect English. The beach was amazing, with enough lounge chairs everywhere, FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. SO MUCH VARIETY, FRESH FRUIT, DESERTS, SALADS and crepes, waffles pizza all throughout the day. we had all inclusive and I must say every day was something different. There are also 2 fine dining restaurants on site - Italian and Greek with live entertainment and they are a must. What great live music. The singer in the Greek taverna was so engaging,she had everyone dancing ad doing shots even the waiting staff. I do not usually return to the same place twice but this place- we will definitely visit this place again ad will recommend to everyone. And it is only 25 min from the airport so the transfer is super quick. I give this hotel 10 out of 10 for everything. I should also add that the clientele was so polite as well, everyone was very respectful to each other it really has bee such a pleasant stay

We liked: all the various food at the 3 restaurants. All freshly made. We liked access to the pool and the ocean. Showers were nearby so you could rinse off. To be aware: you need a European adapter to use the plugs, you need your room key to turn on the lights. If you open the sliding door, the AC turns off. Be aware that Greece has nasty mosquitoes so remember to pack bug spray. The resort needs to work on communicating events- we did not know there was exercises at the pool or that there were shows at their amphitheatre. You will need a taxi to get to this resort. $$. Overall we had a great time in Greece.

In this hotel were very friendly animators, excelent sevice, food and relax. We appreciate serving gluten-free food for one from us. We recomnend visiting this very beautiful resort with many flowers and trees.

Visited Aeges Spa and was impressed with the quality and variety of treatments offered. Felt rejuvenated.after a traditional Cretan massage. Leonidas was great therapist. The ambiance was soothing and relaxing.

VORSICHT VOR DER AUTOVERMIETUNG IM HOTEL. DOPPELT SO TEUER WIE BEI EINER BUCHUNG IN DEUTSCHLAND!!! (Leider kann ich die Autovermietung hier nicht direkt bewerten). So, nun aber zu meiner Bewertung für das Anissa Beach & Village Resort... Wir haben uns in dieser sehr gepflegten, großen Hotelanlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten all in gebucht. Alle Speisen sind mega lecker und sehr abwechslungsreich! Zusätzliche Urlaubskilos sind wohl kaum zu verhindern, trotz des leckeren Salat Buffets. Da ich recht wenig zu beanstanden habe, fange ich mit den Minuspunkten mal an: - Wir hatten leider kein "gutes" Zimmer im Haupthaus. Das Bett stand sehr nahe der Zimmertür und verfügte auch nur über ein Mini Bad mit Dusche und WC ohne! Waschbecken. Dieses befand sich mit im Schlafraum. Vielleicht hätten wir das Zimmer beanstanden sollen 🤷🏼‍♀️. Ich hatte nur die Befürchtung, dass ich selbst so ein einfaches Zimmer gebucht hatte. - 6 € pro Tag Gebühr für den Zimmer Safe finde ich schon äußerst hoch. - Abends waren die Speisen meist nicht warm genug. Nun zum Positiven : + Sehr! gepflegte und saubere Anlage + Fast überall (bis auf ein paar ganz wenige Ausnahmen) sehr nettes, aufmerksames und mitdenkendes Personal. Besonders unsere Kellnerin Kallia ist hier zu erwähnen. + Qualitativ ganz tolles und abwechslungsreiches Essen, sehr, sehr lecker! Immer große Auswahl, egal ob zum Frühstück, zum Mittag oder Abendessen. Hier isst auch das Auge mit! + Sehr sauberer Poolbereich mit guten und stabilen Liegen. 2 Liegen sind jeweils mit Sonnenschirm und Tisch ausgestattet. Am Kinderpool gibt es sogar Kinderliegen. + Hier klappt der Handtuchwechsel hervorragend! Nur, wenn wir diese auf den Boden gelegt hatten, wurden sie auch tatsächlich ausgetauscht 👍. Vorbildlich! + Kostenloser Handtuch Service im Poolbereich + Während unseres Aufenthaltes konnten wir uns unter 3 Themenabenden (italienisch, griechisch oder amerikanisch) einen aussuchen. Wir hatten uns dann für den griechischen entschieden. Der war richtig klasse! + Den Tag über bis 18 Uhr werden zudem noch leckere Crêpes, Waffeln, Eis und Hot Dogs angeboten. + Beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen werden die bestellten Getränke direkt an den Tisch gebracht. + Die Buffets sahen immer tiptop aus. Es ist genügend Personal da, die sofort wieder alles "aufhübschen". + Wir waren ja über Ostern im Hotel und da gab es für jedes Zimmer ein kleines Oster Körbchen mit zwei gefärbten Eiern und ein paar Schoko Eiern. Nette Geste. Da wir sehr viel mit dem Mietwagen unterwegs waren, haben wir die angebotenen Aktivitäten (Tennis, Mini - Golf etc.) nicht genutzt. Es gibt noch einen Innenpool, den wir aber auch nicht genutzt hatten. + Ein großer! Parkplatz steht für gemietete Autos zur Verfügung. Obwohl ich befürchte, dass dieser zur Hauptsaison evtl. doch nicht reichen könnte. Leider hat uns Kreta nicht so gut gefallen, aber sollten wir je nochmal diese Insel besuchen, wäre das Anissa Beach unsere erste Wahl, allerdings mit schönerem Zimme

Alketa, Leo and Maria did a great job.. We really enjoyed our „Inner Balance“-massages. It wasn’t too hard or too soft. The cremes and oils feel great on my skin. They smell good and the ingredients are nice.

I would like to tell we were satisfied - the hotel is clean, food is delicious, services are very good, people are very polite - all the time smiling. Also welness zone is super, especially I appreciate masseur Alketa who has magical hands, her back&feet masage and facial treatment was fantastic. Thank you. Monika
