Beautiful place, very nice and well decorated apar**ent good located only a few meters from the beach, very nice and helpful people at the reception, they help us all the time organizing trips and answering all questions (kangaroo 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂)

Loved staying here. Our room was open and airy. We stayed in unit 22 up the top near the pool. Beautifully kept surroundings, the pool was lovely to look at the night time lights around it. Everything was clean. It was quiet. The bed was comfortable. Will stay here again when we go back to Agnus. Walking distance to the beach and all the cafes and Foodworks.

Very nice stay, must say that we found the room excellent and very clean and comfortable, location is great and very quiet at night considering it's location . Staff were very friendly and the pool was heated and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay - staff are super friendly and the units and grounds are impeccably clean and tidy. Location is close to everything you need in Agnes Waters. I would recommend staying here to all my friends and family. Will always stay here when I visit Agnes. Great location, service and value for money

Excellent place to stay well equips apar**ents clean and comfy. Stayed before and will be staying again. The location is so good for all amenities as well as the beach. The only problem is when it rains like it did all weekend the top two level floors in the room corridors get really wet and slippy but not really sure what you can do about it just tread carefully. The girl on reception is super friendly and extremely welcoming. Recommend this place totally.

My friend and I stayed at Agnes Water Beach Club for 7 nights and we had an absolutely divine experience from the moment we arrived. It was so lovely to feel the warmth of 25 deg days after the cold of Victoria but even when it rained for 2 days we swam, read and had a much needed relax. Our 2 bedroom apar**ent, with a view overlooking the gorgeous pool, was superb. The bedrooms, the kitchen, the bathrooms and our lounge were all amazing and perfectly set up with everything we needed...including 2 deep baths and a washer and dryer. The proximity to the shops - food, supermarket, jewellery/gems, boutiques and restaurants serving delicious food and drinks was incredible - barely a 2 minute walk. We were also incredibly close to a super clean, patrolled beach with great waves, and breakfast at the nearby Caravan Park Cafe was wonderful. It was a short drive to all the delights of 1770, which we visited a few times. We could not recommend Agnes Water Beach Club more highly, and if we had to give it a score out of 10...we would give it a 12 ❤💜 A return visit will most definitely be happening. Great place to stay and Location, Location, Location. 200 metres to an attractive and family friendly beach, shops next door and the family friendly Tavern just up the hill. Also, free off-street parking. We have stayed here on a number of occasions in the two-bedroom apar**ents. Full sized kitchens. In addition to the TV in the living room we have found that generally there is one in each bedroom. This stay, in addition to the full sized fridge there was a small fridge in one of the bedrooms. The pool is a decent size with a large swim out area for the littlelies. During our stays, the water has always been at a pleasant temperature. Jane on reception was courteous, helpful and cheerful. Jane remembered us from our previous stay in early December and always addressed us by name whenever we saw her. The full extent of the beach can be viewed on the Agnes Water Beach Cam.

AWBC is ideally located for walking to most places in and around the town. The beach, groceries, fashion and specialty shops, hotels and restaurants are all within a 5-minute walk. The staff are very friendly and helpful when needed. The 1- and 2-bedroom air-conditioned apar**ents are spacious and well appointed. The barbeque area and swimming pool area is excellent. Some rooms have newer and/or more modern decor depending on the unit owner's taste. We usually stay for 1-2 weeks in February each year and have had the same room for several years now. We make a point of cleaning the dishwasher filter and air-conditioner filters upon arrival. Both were particularly dirty this time and the directional flaps on the main air-con unit has been broken for several years. The stairs can be a pain depending on your age and fitness level; however, they are a small inconvenience compared to the benefits of the amenities offered and the location of the units. Short stays or long holidays are both well catered for, and the cost won't break the bank. I would recommend AWBC to anyone looking for the BEST location in Agnes Water.

The unit was very neat, clean and tidy. Great central location to the beach and shops. The bed was super comfortable and the aircon worked well in the bedroom and living area. Great value for money. The parking was easily accessible and the service desk was extremely helpful
