Pathetic hospitality , no respect or sympathy for people suffering form a disease no special arrangements made to make them feel accomated , the staff is rude and the welcome at arrival is just not acceptable . The workers have not been given proper training on how to treat costumer WORST STAYING EXPERIENCE !!!!! Do not recommend at all !!!!!!!!

Zero Guest Services.. No Housekeeping Staff ... Front Desk is Non Receptive... F&B Staff & Room Services Staff are extremely Rude... Do Not Recommend the Hotel to any Guest... Hotel is non operational & cannot provide Guest Services... The District Administration at Bharatpur must investigate & suspend/ terminate the Hotel License immediately...

This is a reasonably appointed hotel - stayed here as part of a tour one night. Staff are very friendly. The only issue is the electricity cutting out frequently.I’m told this is a power supply issue generally, and not the hotel’s fault - but still, something travellers should be aware of.

This was one of our stops on my recent trip with Vegan Travel Asia to Rajasthan (and the Taj Mahal, of course). The hotel is extremely clean and well cared for. Modern rooms with all the amenities you could need, and wonderful restaurant meals of traditional dishes. I loved the pool! It was nice to come back to the hotel after a day on the road to cool off and relax.

We had booked to stay at the Hotel Udai Vilas Palace from April 7 - April 9. However, the experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing. While serving the welcome drink at the reception, the waiter asked us to rush and finish it. There was a broom kept right outside our room window. There was a personal function organised in the hotel on the night of April 7 about which the hotel had given no prior information to the guests. There was loud music which continued till around 11:30 pm. The Hotel refused to lower the volume even after numerous requests to the ***agement. The dinner ordered through room service was bland and cold. During breakfast on April 8, 2023, there was a piece of brick in the poha. All of this was informed to the ***ager Mr. Ashok Chaudhary. Basis all the above, we decided to check out a day earlier and the ***ager Mr. Ashok Chaudhary agreed that he would give a refund of 1 day after he received a request from the booking website. However, when the request was received from the website, he refused the request. This is completely unethical and amounting to cheating by the Hotel Udai Vilas Palace and Mr. Ashok Chaudhary.

Not enough TV channels and no WiFi in the rooms. Rooms do not get cleaned if housekeeping is not informed.
