ホテルはMTR駅から徒歩10分の場所にあります

クルーズ前に一泊したいならロケーションは最高ですが、マイアミ周辺にしばらく滞在するならベストとは言えないでしょう。外観はそれほど魅力的ではありませんが、部屋は素晴らしく、朝食もアメリカの基準からするととてもおいしかったです。

ロケーションがとても良く、スタッフの態度も良いです。部屋はそれほど広くありませんが、必要なものはすべて揃っています。おそらく改装されたホテルです。古い木の床は歩くと軋みます。部屋は防音ではありません。基本的に隣の会話が聞こえます。基本的な朝食が提供されます。

素敵な小さなホテルで、ロビーはセキュリティがしっかりしています。残念ながらエレベーターはありませんでした。全体的に素晴らしい滞在でした。

素晴らしいおもてなし。TBホテルでの滞在は全体的に素敵で快適でした。

I booked a three-night stay from October 17 to October 20, 2024, through Trip.com and paid a security deposit of $100 USD (AUD 153.11) at check-in. It has now been 24 days since my checkout, and I have not yet received the refunded deposit. I was informed that the refund process would take a maximum of five business days. I sent an email to follow up with the refund process, but I did not receive a response until now. Please proceed my refund as soon as possible！

The staffs are not accommodating and they did not allow us to stay inside the hotel lobby while waiting for our check in. They collected some hotel check in deposit, promised to credit it back upon check out but it’s almost a month and they did not credit it back. Not recommendable for my friends and family.

This hotel should not allowed to continue to trade as they take a deposit & they do not return it. They have ignored all messages we have sent. When we arrived & challenged them they insisted it was all lies. The hotel is in a place surrounded by homeless people & the clerk even advised us NOT to go out on foot at night. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

We actually stayed here in June before our vacation and July went we got back. Very accommodating small hotel, definitely boutique. Beautiful lobby. Also a nice free breakfast, including some hot items. I can't recommend room.213, the floor is sloped.

I had a great time at the hotel, the staff was great & the hospitality was amazing. Would definitely recommend! We had to wait for check in but they were able to provide us with luggage storage until the room was ready. The breakfast was great for it to be something light & the bed was comfortable.

I had a great stay! The hotel is beautiful once you walk in. The staff is awesome & helpful. The breakfast is great for a 1 night stay. The bed was super comfortable & cozy. I was recommended some restaurants in the area called “Casablanca & Garcias” & they also told me about Bayside marketplace. Would definitely recommend!!
