This we felt veg option food menu is very less and repetitive. Restaurant service manager forgot my main course order in time . Average food taste.

This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

Exceptional stay! The hotel's comftable rooms, impeccable service, and delicious meals exceeded expectations. Conveniently located near the Airport and Narendra Modi Stadium, it's perfect for exploring. Friendly staff, specially Ankita,Nitin,Suraj and Sneha. Its a relaxing ambiance, made our visit truly unforgettable. Highly recommend!

The pillow are very fluffiest and I enjoy to sleep. And staff are so nice as her name Ankita. The food is really very good like chicken butter masala . I also tried chicken tikka which h really testy . Staff behavior is very good and they are very attentive

We were disappointed with the condition of the bathroom, there was no hot water, open drain in bath and sink, condition of the bath. And general cleanliness of bathroom, tea area and room. Air conditioning didn’t work. Lack of toiletries in bathroom and hygiene of tea area and packets of tea coffee etc Only one bath towel for 2 guest and no hand towels or face towels No bath robes and only one sleepers No spare toilet rolls either. Basically once previous guest checks out they just make the bed and remove used towels etc and do not replenish Items used including water bottles or thoroughly clean the room. Most staff very helpful and courteous and friendly. However some staff didn’t understand us in English Gujarati or Hindi they just stare at you. Food was okay. We only booked because of the location near the airport.

Overall a very average experience however bathroom I found to be poorly cleaned and maintained. The bathroom sink had multiple cracks in it, the sealant around the sink had mould on it and the bath itself was chipped with poor quality workmanship.

The hotel is under renovation which we were not told about while booking! Rooms are extremely old and need a major upgrade. Wifi hasnt been working for a day and the staff has no explanation as to why or when it will be restored The lift door is broken, wood has cracked. Major major upgrade needed in the hotel! The corridor to the rooms has an awful smell. Rooms are really far! The water coming from the shower is nto even that hot! Not a place to recommend!

It was totally disappointing and shocking experience to start with. Upon arriving in the room I had closed the room door and waited for my bags to be dropped by the Bell boy. The bell-boy didnt bother to knock the door which was closed and opened it with his room card and walked into my room. It was totally shocking, unacceptable action and breach of privacy. The basic hotel etiquette was not maintained.

Firstly, this hotel doesn’t deserve even 3 stars. Entire hotel is under renovation which was not informed while booking. Rooms were in pathetic state with AC not working. Complained to maintenance staff and they assured that it will get cool in 15 mins but entire night I was sweating. On food, they will charge you 300Rs for water bottle and 840 rs for egg bhurji. When confronted F&B Manager, he had no justification but simply went back to his room. Front office staff is totally unprofessional with little understanding of english. Overall, will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I went to the kesar restaurant and the food is really very good and tasty . Ankita and sneha helps me alot in selecting food and their services are very great ..... my recommendations to all the guest who come in the ummed to try the food of kaser and to meet server ankita and sneha

was disappointed with the airport pickup as I had to wait 30 mins, even so I didn't know I had to pay for the pick up, going back to the hotel the rooms are very very outdated I don't know how it's a 5 star hotel, the lifts are old as my dad's walking stick over all the beds were really nice to sleep on, the pool was very nice too, breakfast was okay, only reason I stayed there was it's very close to the airport therefore I give it a 4 star.

had specifically booked an extra bed well in advance since we were landing at 4 AM. Despite informing the hotel ahead of time, upon arrival there was no extra bed kept in the room. At 4:30 AM after a long, exhausting journey, this was completely unacceptable. If that wasn’t enough, we were woken up by loud hammering and drilling at 8 AM — it felt like we were staying at a construction site, not a hotel. We complained four times, spoke to their so-called “manager” Anurag, but the noise didn’t stop. Despite repeated complaints, they didn’t bother pausing the construction or even having the basic decency to apologize. The level of negligence and sheer lack of professionalism is honestly unbelievable. This place is a complete sh** show. Terrible management, zero customer service, and absolutely no respect for guests. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay far away unless you enjoy paying to be treated like trash.

Need to improve staff wifi and less dust because off renovations also the food was good gardens wasnt that maintained properly would also appreciate if they upgrad few more things such as furniture in the room staff was polite on reception but the technicians was very rude when it says 3 people can use wifi per room but the guy was adiment that only 1 mobilephone can be used per room and rude too
