We made a reservation on line. We got to the property at 8:40 pm and since there was no one at the office, called the phone number listed. No answer there either. Left a message to get instructions for check/in. Their voicemail said they would call back ASAP. After 20 minutes, I called again - same results. After 45 minutes, called again and said we were going somewhere else to stay. Terrible customer service. So disappointing.
