Les installations sont un peu à l'ancienne. Le point noir, j'ai fait une demande accepté pour un lit double et je me suis retrouvé avec 2lits simples.

Room was small, carpet was dirty, old fixtures and fittings, needs refurbishment. Air conditioning was turned off so guests have no control. The hair dryer did not work and staff had to bring one. I expected better at a Novotel.

The hotel is definitely on the older side. The bed was fine. It was an average stay. One weird thing was there as no outlet on either side of the bed so it made charging a phone difficult. Was a bit odd. We did get parking, which was nice. I did not have the breakfast. A bit far from downtown Provence.

A lovely find not far out from the centre of Aix En Provence. The reception is clean and welcoming, the reception staff are helpful and the bar is good. Our room was budget style, but adequate. We found it difficult to regulate the temperature of the room . They provide tea and coffee making facilities, a safe, and a fridge. The breakfast is much better than average and the serving staff work hard. The evening meals were exceptional; Really good quality and delightful staff on hand to help as required. Well worth a visit.

This was a great stopover on our way South, conveniently located for getting off the autoroute and parking, then getting a bus into Aix to enjoy what this wonderful city has to offer. The pool in the hotel was an added bonus, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

We were very disappointed with this hotel it is well overdue a refurbishment. The bedroom carpets are stained and grubby and not vacuumed once during our 7 night stay. The bed was comfortable and towels and sheets changed daily. There are tea and coffee facilities in the room, though the ingredients were not replenished adequately. It was evident that there were staff shortages but the staff there were friendly and helpful. We found that at breakfast they did not replenish the food and sundries quickly enough. The selection of cooked food was very limited. The hotel is very near a motorway and prevented us keeping the window open on a night. There us a bus stop close by allowing access into the town easily and cheaply

We stayed at three Novotel establishments during our tour of France. Yes as from some previous reviews, the hotel could do with some TLC However, the staff could not do enough for us, especially in the reception. Food on coach trips can be bland. This is not the hotel's fault as they are subject to budget constraints. Bottles of tap water on the tables are replenished on demand. NB the tap water in France is excellent, there is no need to pay for bottled water However, the breakfasts were superb. Our room was on the ground floor, it was clean and the air conditioning worked very well as did the free Wifi. Don't bother with Taxis, the local bus service is excellent and the return is only 2 Euros 40 c into Aix

My parents had a scheduled stop over at the Beaumanoir as part of a coach tour to France, on arrival my mother was taken to the local hospital with pneumonia and my 84 year old father was left at the hotel as the coach tour continued. I cannot praise Jeremy the General Manager, Claire, Chrystelle and the team highly enough, they took my father and myself when I arrived into their care, ensuring that everything they could do to help they did, they liaised with the hospital who spoke no English, arranged transport to and from the hospital, organised a repeat prescription for medication with the local chemist and above all showed care and consideration to us throughout our extended stay. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, the restaurant served excellent meals and ensured prior to my arrival that my father although off his food ate by offering food and small snacks not on the menu. I would definitely recommend a stay here and hopefully in the future return under better circumstances. A big thank you to each and everyone on the team.
