Fantastic family stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an overall wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely delicious with a lot of variety, and there were plenty of fun activities to keep the kids entertained. A huge bonus was the free shuttle service to the beach, which made our trips so easy and convenient. Highly recommended for families!

I would like to thank Jennifer the front disk because I should check out 12pm and she called me ... she woke me with the niesctest attitude and calm voice ... ( am not a morning person but really her way was flawless) She have a great customer service skills by understanding to give me 1 more hr in order to prepare myself even though they were fully booked and needed my room urgently still she did me a favour by giving me time Thank you Jennifer and house keeping Also I want to thank the language boy I dont know his name but he bring my grocery to my room Really 10 out 10 in customer service Regarding the cons The hotel is good for 1 night as a business purpose They have outside parking not in door (( in winter is good but not in summer)
