No water

I’ve held off a few days writing this review to try to be a little more objective after such a disappointing visit. Now I will say we visited in late October, so that may have some bearing. The whole area was virtually deserted, just a few locals , a few individual tourists and a couple of small tour groups on short stops passing through. The marina was almost a ghost town as a result, the marina water full of rubbish reflecting a general run down look to the whole place. Loads of cats everywhere. Even stopping for a drink in a bar on the marina to help the economy wasn’t a pleasant experience, being inundated with flies. Such a a sad looking place. Local shops with sun bleached goods outside, bars closed up,main fountain drained of water. Even some of the shop owners were sleeping on the walls outside as they’d nothing else to occupy themselves. I hope this isn’t typical, if it is I fear even worse in coming months. Friendly locals the only positive !

Great services at el mouradi palm marina !! Staff of the hotel is very welcoming with guests . The swimming pools are very nice and large. Hotels rooms are comfortable and clean. Very recommended place to stay for a relax vacation. Great stay !

Excellent . The hotel is beautiful, and clean . The stuff friendly and the animation team very professional. We went in October so the sea and the pool were a bit cold but în rest 30’C outside. The food was good and you had plenty options. The room was spacious and the bathroom very big with a gigantic mirror . They even had a ping pong table. Overall it was a great experience. We will be coming back soon

Great accommodation, very kind and pleasant staff and guests, fantastic animators who play darts, archery, water polo, volleyball, and morning water aerobics with the guests. Each evening is different from the previous one, with a very diverse program ranging from karaoke to themed parties. Highly recommended!

Absolutely disgusting!!! Starting with arogant and rude service, a bottle of water per room even considering a family of 4 with 2 children staying in over 35° heat.. bar service refused serving sodas (all inclusive) if you won't pay extra for it. Disgusting room conditions with dirty stains on the carpets and beds, ants everywhere you could possibly imagine and disgusting splash stains on the mirrors which I don't even want to imagine what it is of... made me sick. Pools and loungers Absolutely dirty . Me or my children wouldn't enter the area at all. We didn't feel safe at night. As a cherry on the top, my son needed a nurse assistance as he got hurt by someone during the breakfast (Absolutely wild ) in already existing wound which re opened. We have been waiting for the nurse for about an hour when after we went to the nursery. There were STAINS OF BLOOD ALL OVER THE FLOOR, DIRT, RUST AND DUST!!!! The nurse cleaned his hands in a tissue and used this same tissue to clean my son's wound!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????? As we were walking out of there he (nurse) stood in the doorway demanding paying him for the service... WHAT????? He intimidated me, scared me and my son by his way of talking and body language. I had to push him out of the way and went to the reception as fast as we could. As I made complain, all I've got in return was smirk and sorry... PLEASE AVOID THE PLACE!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING AS A FAMILY!!!! VERY POOR CONDITIONS, NO CARE AND SAFETY!!!!

We just came back from the most relaxing holiday. We had a great time it was exactly what I wanted. The animation team was one of the best parts of the holiday. That team was amazing. They were really great with the children and all clients there. We thought Hossem was amazing and a real credit to not just the animation team but the whole hotel. The guy made us feel so welcome and has actually made me want to take up archery haha. He would be one of the reasons we would return. We don't know how that guy gets his energy haha Me and my partner had an hammam massage and a relaxing massage which really set up for such a relaxing holiday. I still can't believe how cheap they were. I thought all staff were great and polite. Having the pool right next to the beach was ideal. You could just flick between the 2 all day if you wanted. It was great to easily find a bed at either the pool or beach. The food was OK. But they served food for something like 21 hours a day which was brilliant. Midnight pizzas were my favourite. The rooms were OK, maybe a bit dated but you don't really spend much time in the room anyway. The only thing I didn't like was people trying to sell you an excursion. But that may just be me. I was just there to relax. All in all one of the best holidays I've had in a long time.

Liked - Sympathetic, kind and attentive employees. Beautiful beach and pool area. Beautiful public area. Good quality gym. Disappointing - WiFi is extremely poor, more or less it only worked in reception. This is a big problem if you also need to work. Worn and old fashioned rooms. Mediocre food. Terrible drinks.
