The room wasn’t clean when I got there. When they did clean it, they never cleaned the countertops. The beds were completely average and the ac/heater did not work like they should.

Front desk staffs were very professional and friendly. Elevators and outside area were not clean. Overall stay was okay. It would not be a repeat place for me.

Had to wait for desk clerk to check in and received no greeting at all. King sheets didn't fit and I had to keep moving through the night so I wouldn't be sleeping on the exposed mattress. Also, breakfast was pretty limited.

There was trash in the ****s surrounding the parking area. We have been staying at this property for more than 20 years and have watched it slide downhill. It badly needs renovation. The desk service was unfriendly; one clerk almost didn't give us a bottle of water on request, even though we were staying there for 4 nights. And the breakfast, with its processed food and plastic bowls and utinsels has forced us to seek breakfast elsewhere.

This place is dated and needs a refresh. I travel for work and asked for a printer and was told they did not have one. Later the desk clerk let me use the office system to print what I needed. I asked the desk clerk for a quiet room when I checked in and he put me in the 2nd floor next to the elevator. Less than quiet. Asked a desk clerk for water on my second day and was told I had to purchase it because they only give 1 water on checkin.

Appreciate room size and bathroom layout - especially that they actually have hooks for clothes and towels and large counter space. Also, new thermostat that made it easy to regulate room temperature (unlike other hotels.) Breakfast is typical.

First morning they had No coffee! Sign up said because of “coffee shortage”? Lol Ask for a room clean 2nd day, no one came. Had to wipe up some spills on floor and when I did the white paper towel was black! Floors are very dirty - wear shoes the entire time when in your room. Last - both beds for us the fitted sheet constantly came off the bed while sleeping. I will not return here for the price we paid.

At first glance, the room looked clean, but then we found a perfume vial on the floor. Next we found urine gelled on the toilet rim and after that was the dirty tub. Also, I did not read anywhere that there was an additional, non-refundable $50 pet fee on top of the $183 for a dirty room. I will say they have a nice breakfast area and lots to choose from. The issues were told to the front desk and they just apologized. It should have been a partially refund at the very least.

The property was average, but ok. Main problem was that I made a reservation through *******. I cancelled original order out of confusion. I made a second reservation with insurance. I even physically called hotel. It was reserved. When I arrived, ******* had cancelled my second reservation, and to avoid more trouble, I got stuck paying more
