オクシデンタル アット シカレ デスティネーション - オールインクルーシブ(Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive)

二度目に行ったときはとても綺麗で、ホテルの隣に楽園があり、そこに行く通路がたくさんあります。ホテル自体は楽しい、たくさんのレストランがあるオールインクルーシブのホテルです。唯一の欠点は、風と波がその場所で少し強いことです。ホテルはシュノーケリングに適した場所にありますが、運次第です。施設はとても良く、基本的に空港から一人200ペソです。

悪くはない、予想以上に良い、公園はとても近く、夜にショーを見るのはとても便利で、次回も滞在するでしょう、良い経験、私はそれが好きです、私はそれが好きです、私はそれが好きです、食事はする必要があります改善される。

I loved the nature around the property. There were animals everywhere and the snorkelling off the beach was great!

We stayed in Feb 2024. The hotel and service was amazing. Roman over in the pool bar was amazing and had a great time teaching my kids Spanish. Monica at the beach Buffett was so helpful and friendly each day. The food at this resort was fantastic and the beds were amazing, I never sleep well in hotels but slept through the night no problem here. The resort was so quiet and safe for your kids we had no problem letting them run around and swim out in the lagoon with the fish. Proximity to activities like cenotes and XelHa are a quick 20min cab ride. Just make sure you ask how much before you get in OOPS! Our entire family loved it and would come back again.

As someone whose gone to other all inclusive resorts i rank this a 3 star. Did not like how you had to go to the lobby to make reservations for dinner. Such an inconvenience. Other resorts ive gone to they had employees walking around during breakfast and lunch asking if we wanted to sign up with them for dinner.. with a simple text and we would Good to go. Also did not like the limit on dinner restaurants we could Go to w During our 1 week stay we were allowed 4 dinner restaurants. The rest had to be at the buffet. Our AC also didnt work & waited 30 minutes at the front desk before i left. They only had 2 employees working. Would not come here again.

This definitely not a 4 star hotel. Show all inclusive but when you get to the resort restaurant is limited to what you can eat. Everything is extra. Room & the whole resort is outdated. Such a big resort but can’t even provide conditioner. I stay there only because it’s convenient to access to xcarat park. Never come back!

This is our second year back. Love the resort. Drinks and food need improvement. Love the wild life roaming around. All the staff is super friendly and helpful. Besides the food and drinks, they should enforce a rule for first come first serve on the beach beds. I think it is unfair for people claiming the beach beds by leaving their belongings on the bed overnight. Play more Latino music.

Absolutely beautiful, the scenery, animals staff … it was amazing however, I wouldn’t call it all inclusive, if you’re not a member, or in the royal club.. be prepared to spend more money. There is no alcohol in the rooms besides a couple beers, when I asked to have some was told there are lots of bars around. The park was an awesome experience however again bring money… all in all it was a great vacation just the little things were annoying.

We we would strongly recommend getting the Xcaret unlimited experience especially with kids as it lets us go in every day for a few hours and in the end we managed to watch almost every show/event and see every site in the park.
