As always a fantastic week on beautiful Xanadu Island. Lovely big room with fabulous bathroom. Treats in room on arrival. Fantastic food in the restaurants and a vast choice of drinks in the bar. Service impeccable from the friendly helpful staff. Special shout out to the amazing Mahsun and Agit in the Archipelago Pool Bar who made sure our glasses were always full!

We have just returned (this morning) from a week at Xanadu Island. Family of 5, staying in an elegance suite. Everything at the resort was wonderful! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff there, and always serving with a smile. The food was delicious, and plentiful. The pools were stunning, and the beach was incredible. Crystal Clear water, ideal for swimming/snorkeling. Order drinks from a QR code was a brilliant touch, adding a little bit more luxury to an already top notch resort. Do not take your teenage daughters here the barmen are NONCES my 13 year old daughter has been groomed for the past year over instagram since our return! Also had severe sickness and diarrhoea, wish we had never set foot in the place

Arrived late night and were greeted with strange drinks and food which didn’t really match the time of day - sweet/chocolate - room overlooked the car park although we still had a fairly lovely side sea view which we booked. The buffet was small in comparison to similar hotels and very very samey- chips at breakfast? but often missing later in the day - not that it mattered but odd to have them early in the day and not later on. Some very tasty stews/casseroles but, even though we all ate early, when I asked if dishes were being replaced, I was met with “finished”! Restaurant staff exceptional, always attentive, friendly and super efficient. Didn’t care for the sports bar but the main bar in the evening is in a gorgeous location, we noticed the difference in staffing, so service dependent on which staff present - didn’t really detract much though. The beach/sea areas are amazing - beautiful areas to sunbathe, lots of towels, cold drinks cabinets, bar service great - sea beautiful clear and warm. Pool bar great and we had lunch most days at the tables by the pool, great service and food choice - waiters friendly and poured our drinks without asking! Unfortunately the thing that lets this hotel down was there were just the two a la cartes, only extensions of the buffet restaurant and the food was actually very poor although the service was good. Maybe close to end of season and winding down staff etc but very disappointing. A couple of nights there were hoards of young people in the bar who were obviously at a conference or something - we were dressed for dinner and they were in sweatshirts, hoodies and jeans - noisy loud DJ there for their benefit which felt ridiculous in a hotel like this with clients on holiday and dressed for the evening in a chic hotel - on the other nights - entertainment was very lacking. Beautiful hotel, beautiful location definitely four stars but needed a bit more careful management around restaurants, food choices and entertainment. Had a wonderful holiday anyway

Natalya (guest relations). 🙏🏻 Thanks for assistance in finding our lost swimming glasses! Denis at beach bar!!! Very attentive and always in a good mood! Only positive impressions! Two other bar men (don’t remember their names were excellent! Hairdresser Jan - perfect! My children were waiting to come to Jan for haircut! )) All the waiters in the main restaurant are wonderful! They remembered us! We are coming to you for the second time and this is not the last time for sure!

We stayed at the Xanadu Hotel in October and had such a fabulous relaxing time. The staff are a credit to this hotel Nothing is too much trouble and always done with a smile on their faces. The hotel is in the most incredible location albeit a little remote but that was the beauty of it. We will definitely be back again this year and can see it being an annual holiday.

The hotel is in a very beautiful location with a wonderful view of the sea. The staff is very attentive and the food is delicious. The bars serve delicious cocktails :)We had a spacious room with a beautiful sea view. I think most of the rooms have a sea view.

The hotel truly exceeded all our expectations. Our holiday was total bliss and seemless from arrival to departure and everything in between. Loads of swimming pools, loungers, dining space and general seating, gym and outdoor exercise area and great seaside bay for swimming and amazing snorkelling, bowling, games and great music and entertainment. Food was really amazing, with huge variety, wonderful flavours and extremely fresh. Lovely bespoke omelettes and crepes at breakfast to afternoon waffle station and ice cream and poolside staff all over the resort are highly attentive. All staff were super friendly, helpful, professional and couldn’t do enough for us. Our room was utterly divine with stunning views and loads of space and keep immaculate every day but loved that laundry and towels/toiletries were down to guest choice to change taking into account the environment and not excessive changing just for the sake of it. Every member of staff from airport transfer driver to staff at poolside or dining, fitness instructors, photographer, reception workers and housekeeping and even affiliated boat excursion staff were fantastic, friendly and faultless. Our daughters 12th birthday was whilst we were away and the hotel were amazing at bringing her a birthday cake, balloons and even roses. My daughter & I also visited the spa and she had a first birthday massage and the staff could not have been nicer or more professional. Guiding on best massage for young daughter, stunning joint room for my daughter & I and very attentive during spa visit beforehand. Was best hot stone massage I have ever had and definitely had a few to compare and my daughter was blown away by her first spa experience !! A truly amazing holiday that we will be extremely hard to match and impossible to beat!! Huge thanks to all resort staff in all capacities.

Well kept and tidy peninsula with beautiful views of the bay on one side and the Greek island Kos on the other side. Very private and perfect for relaxation. The service is so friendly and professional. Tahsin Bagceci did us a great service at the pool and at the bar as a waiter. One of the best waiters of Xanadu Island Resort 👍🏻
