I arrived at 10pm and check in process was very frustrating. First time I got the room card, it wasn’t activated, so had to walk back to the reception. Then I had to do another 2 walks to reception as they kept giving me a twin room instead of the double bed room I have booked and paid for. Bed mattresses needs replacing as it has two lower parts within it, never seen that in the 4 star hotel.
On the positive side the breakfast was the best I had in Egypt hotel. Nice swimming pool and amenities.
