The biggest thing is the smell of sewage in the room. It was unbearable. The last night I had to literally use oils I had to try and not smell it. The noise levels the night before from a party was not fun. The room itself is roomy and super basic. It was quite clean and that I appreciated. The smell though again, unbearable. The smell seemed to permeate much of the hotel. Breakfast was super mediocre. The smell of fried food in there was quite gross and stuck with you. I avoided breakfast the last 2 mornings bc it just wasn’t worth it. Sorry! The beach and pool area were nice though and it was in a great location close to lots of things.

We had dinner in the restaurant was very bad... Service in pool bar not acceptable at all (called 4 time to bring the order) Room AC not cooling good

1.pool and beach access timing is very less ..7 o’clock both will close . 2.Restaurants respond is very bad.they not attend the calls even if you try to order something . Better go for talabat for food they will deliver to door step . 3.front office to Quick responsible or not even attend the call same very bad experience hose keeping staff also . Especially with family it lot of trouble I faced personally

When we checked into our room, the AC was not working. I called the front desk & they sent a technician. The room was very hot & technician took 1 hr but couldn't do anything. After 1 hour they shifted me to 2nd room. This room was relatively cooler but AC was partially working. During the night it stopped working completely & I was sweeting whole night in the bed. I called them next morning for the AC problem, they said they will provide upgraded room but that never happened & I faced the same problem the following nigt.

Excellent location with a good price but it’s a bit old hotel.

Booked a last min staycay here for all inclusive weekend. Dubious as reviews were very mixed but should have definitely gone with the majority of what the reviews stated. Firstly, we booked a sea view with balcony and on check in when we arrived at 3:30, he advised that the room didn’t have these. After being shown 3 rooms we ended up with one with a terrible balcony and poor view even after paying premium for both. The place was full of Russians who were so rude throughout our stay. No manners what so ever. The food was absolutely terrible and cold. We spent money on ordering food or eating out apart from one lunch and one breakfast. The only beer included was becks. There was little staff on both bars outside so you were always waiting around. Nothing really to do on the resort in the evening. It’s really a shame because it has great potential but just needs a lot of work and improvements in a lot of areas. It’s not my first time in RAK and I’ve been to much better value for money all inclusive weekends. One positive is bed was very comfy.

My stay at the Al Hamra residence was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the attentive staff who ensured that every detail of my reservation was in order. The staff was very friendly special thanks to Sushil at pool bar he was always available and took care of all our drinks and food. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could need. Upkeep of Beach was amazing enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere

We celebrated EID in Hamra Residence RAK. Amazing Hotel and Staff. Shout out to May their front desk staff who is very accommodating and helpful. She is friendly and quick :) Thank you May! :) The service is superb and and May is one of the best!!!
