まったく良くない

Good location and quiet place.. more facilities , shops and restaurants around

I like the attention of the staff! The view of the sea! And in special, i was very well treated by Miss Sachini. She took care of our place with love!! Congratulations Sachini

Very disgusted and disappointed with my overall stay. The rooms were all very dirty, stained bed sheets (yellow), dirty curtains, cloudy pool that I did not even touch, and the list goes on (check photos for reference). Keep in mind this was planed as a birthday getaway, and my expectations for a 4 star hotel would be at least clean standards with a clean/clear pool. There were no towels at all, I kept on calling 3 times to request for towels, they take forever and give less than required. Furthermore, the service is really poor, as I asked for somebody to come clean the pool and clean the outside, as there was MUD from the rain, which was disgusting, and they never did anything about it. There was also MOLD on some walls, along in the ceiling which is toxic to inhale, I do not understand how they can posses a risk of toxic air for their clients, seem like they do not care. After checking out, I informed the staff that I was not happy with my stay, and somebody gave me their number saying to forward the images and a simple "sorry" that honestly means nothing to me, as I will NEVER return back to this nightmare. The price does not match the quality of this 3 bedroom villa, and I would highly suggest to look out for other places if you want to sleep in a clean place, not feel like you are in a 2 star hotel. I really do not know how hotels as such exist with 4 stars, as per my experience, this has never happened to me.

Janna hotel is excellent and specially i wann to mention te HK Sachi she is the bets and very kind lady help us lot thank you all the team. We enjoyed lot and the location also very good i would like ti recommend also to others come and get the experience

Very nice apartments with a beautiful see view! Very friendly and welcoming staff! They ensured the apartment is always clean and in a perfect condition! Big thank you to Sachini and Raveena, not only they were answering all my requests with a smile but they also spoke good English!

Am enjoying my stay here and the house keeping is excellent, i was lucky to be served by Sachin. She makes sure the client is comfortable and satisfied. The food is amazing and of course you get to have a beautiful environment at the restaurant while enjoying your meal. Great experience

Villa is nice and clean . Stay with my family is comfortable and good .. overall service is good .. Mr manish assisting with care and respect. Location is peace nice surroundings walking is nice and good Pool is warm and clean nice to visit next time

Great location, clean room amazing staffs Our package was breakfast included so we went sahara restaurant. Breakfast buffet was simple and nice. Pancake was not available but we request for the staff and they are very welcoming and ready to serve us. Underground parking is huge and always available. Thank you to kamal and his team.
