From the instant I checked in at Biblos Resort, the service was exceptional. Following a lengthy day of travel, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I had been upgraded to a spacious room with a swim-up pool – this was the highlight of my stay. The accommodation was impeccably designed and spotlessly clean, providing a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. Furthermore, the staff's genuine friendliness and outstanding service truly capped off my experience. Will definitely be my preferred place to stay when I’m back in Alacati.

Wonderful resort with fantastic amenities and gorgeous grounds and decor. Best breakfast of any place we have ever stayed with a large assortment of delicious food. The staff is hospitable, professional, polite, friendly, and helpful. Our room and view lovely! Our only complaint is the music by the beach (close to our room and this could be cultural differences and we are introverted;) ) was sometimes loud house music but they remedied it and we had a perfect stay. Highly recommend Biblos.

This was our first family vacation with our baby. The whole staff was very accommodating and very helpful making sure we were comfortable. The food was amazing and we loved all of the activities and amenities they offered! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We stayed 4 nights in a Laguna swim up room. The room was beautiful and well furnished with a very comfortable bed, and the private deck direct onto the pool for c.12 rooms was a delight. Biblos is a very well designed resort with 4 pools plus the beach, all beautifully landscaped. The atmosphere is cool and youthful. Only the main restaurant was open as it was early season and the food was excellent, especially breakfast which was the most lavish buffet imaginable. Service and cleanliness are outstanding. Noise from guests next door was swiftly dealt with by hotel security. Transfer from the airport was offered free and was very luxurious. It is pricey but highly recommend.

The Biblos Alacati is an exceptional place where outstanding service and amenities await. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail in every space. The gardens, the spa, everything lived up to expectations. The heated pools are very enjoyable and make a difference. The breakfast is excellent, plentiful, and the service is impeccable. If you want to leave your children at the kids club, it's impressive, a true paradise for children with supervision by staff starting from 4 years old. The only downside: the price of dining is quite high for a part of the menu. Spa services are also quite expensive for treatments. We had an almost perfect stay and have wonderful memories. We hope to return with our family as soon as possible.

Everything was excellent, room was very good, food was great. For the children game area was big and clean, we spent great time with our childs. We can go again and have a nice holiday again. Thanks for the all team, they all were kind and helpful.

Lucky enough to have 4 nights here on a Lagoon room and have to say this hotel has got to be in our top 5 of anywhere in the world. Such a unique, classy place. Everything has been thought of and the public areas are immaculately clean. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff have often thought about something you need before you have. To be expected, food & drinks are pricey but beautifully presented. Breakfast was amazing. The only negative observation is the constant piped music everywhere including on the beach. The sound of the ocean is all that is required down there. Overall an amazing experience.
