グランド・アリサ・ホテル - 旧ロイヤルイーサ・ホテル(Royalisa Hotel)

I've been at the Alanya's Royalisa Hotel (now Grand Alisa Hotel) in July'2023. It was a really hot summer time (temperatures 40 degrees Celsius in the shade) so the choice of the area with trees was good. This hotel has a small garden so it was nice to sit there and the temperature was lower. We had a 2 bedrooms family room but the room quality was more like 3* than 4*. The room & bathroom renovation would be recommended - the years of usage were visible - but all the appliances worked fine. It was possible to use the wifi for free in the lobby only (slow) but the purchase price for wifi all over the hotel and rooms was acceptable (and faster). Staff was nice and helpful, food - just so so. The all inclusive included a few local liqueurs and beer. Drinks were paid additionally.

So just stayed at this hotel for a week. Our first morning went for breakfast thinking there would be a rang of food no sprouts and eggs. Food was awful drink wise was vodka and vodka or watered down beer the coke tasted like rola cola. The surrounding areas was mechanic shops. Had to eat out the majority of the time we stayed there. Was no entertainment no snack bar. The slides wasn’t even turned on had to physically walk down them to get someone’s attention as hardly any staff spoke English. No safe to really leave the hotel at night. We saw some bad reviews about the manager and was quiet intimidated by him at first but once you get to know him he is okay. But overall would never come here again

Royalisa is a very nice hotel in a great location. Beach and Alanium mall are within a walking distance. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks are all included all day long in the main restaurant or in the beautiful gardens. Nice swimming pool with water slides for kids, aqua gym and different activities... Friendly staff especially Cenah who helped us a lot in all what we needed. Will definitely come back ! Thank you

I went with friends, it's one of the good hotels, it has clean rooms, it has a large pool, it has a large garden, it's a full family, you can easily go with children, the management of the hotel is very good. They take care of everyone

The hotel is located in a very nice location. Next to it there are shops or restaurants. The beach is about 3 minutes away. Also not far from the center. As for the hotel itself, it is of an average standard, but my room was clean. The cleaning ladies change the towels daily. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the owner himself cares very much about the hotel guests. The food is very varied, large selection of meats, vegetables, fruits, extras (rice, pasta...). Very nice service at the bar and the animator on the hotel area. All in all, I had a really nice time in this place.

The hotel is very good in general, the hotel manager and the staff are very concerned. The hotel manager takes care of all the problems of the customers. The rooms are clean and have a sea view. The food is great.The hotel has a large garden. There are many beautiful trees. There are events every evening.

Family hotel in general, clean rooms and delicious food. manager and staff are friendly .They take great care of all customers. It is a safe hotel. Everyone can come easily.Large pool and large rooms. Most of the rooms have sea view.

We (3 women in our twenties) stayed at this hotel for a week in august. The minute we sat down on our first day the manager SNIPED us and came to say hello, said this is his business asked where we are from and how old we are. This started what felt like an eternity of harassment during the entire stay. The manager is disguisting, kept checking on us, he gave us his number to reserve sunbeds which was a dumb decision. He constantly asked us where we were and how we are doing, sat down with us without asking during dinner saying he wants to take us in his car and show us the city (big red flag). Two of us were single one was not, he got really fixated on the one of us which was taken, at some point he told her ”i know those two are single and you are not but i want to tell you something in private” and then told her to keep it a secret. At this point we were so disguisted we started spending as much time out of hotel, such as being at the beach and dinners at restaurants, not saying hello etc. He got angry and asked why were taking distance, why we dont say hello, where we are all the time, said he wants his guests to be okay (even though he did not give other guests this attention). We had to go to the pharmacy and he was angry we didnt say because ”he has doctor friends”. Obviously also the classics of saying we are soo beautiful, constantly asking us to sit with him outside, at some point he was talking that it is SOO common in turkey that the woman in a relationship is always 10-12 years younger than the man (our exact age differences) and he seemed disappointed when we said that where we are from it is not common. Now we are smart women and know to spot a red flag but please do not go here if you are young women either way. If someone down the line thinks the manager is trustworthy things could go very bad. So much harassment and he got aggressive in how he talked when we didnt ”act as friends”. Countless other things and more details about gross stuff he did and said but overall the hotel is bad, cleaning sucks in the rooms and the food is trash. Flies everywhere in the food.
