Perfect hotel and location and amazing customer service 👌 the food was brilliant and our waiter ochsn was amazing with his knowledge 😀 overall I gave this hotel 5 stars because it ticks all the boxes I didn't find any faults and we were made to feel at home and welcomed the cleanliness and staff were all amazing in every aspect and we will definitely use this hotel again 😀

Room was very small and standard. It was noisy by the window. We didn’t get a kitchenette as advertised on the site. Location was good. Staff were friendly.

The service is amazing. Every staff member will go out their way, to assure you have a nice and relaxing holiday. Especially we want to thank Ismet. He will make your stay agreable. We will be back. The hotel is near every facility and shops, restaurants and the ocean are in walking distance.

The place in public areas is ok , the rooms are absolute filthy , need painting and upgrading , staff friendly but not helpful , I would not stay here again even if for free , lift often broken , food ok and decent price , pool area not clean , not enough cooing facilities in rooms , overall 2/10

Rooms in so bad condition -dirty, no sign of maintenance and with bathroom door not being able to close (nice on a couple vacay - or not :))) No wifi in rooms. Staff was nice - that’s the only good thing to say about it. Just read the bad comments before going. They say it all.

It was very near to the beach, the apart was very clean and new. The stuff were to help in everything specifically Ismet he was very help full with the activities and the transfer he fixed the cheapest price in Alanya. The receptionist were very cute and always smiling. The bartender were also kinde full he gave the best service around the pool with always smile face thought we gave him no Tip😂 I think you understand that the stuff is most important in all stays. We recommend this apart hotel.

LWe had to pay extra for wifi in the rooms, and we had to ask for it 3 times because we paid the amount but the wifi was still not workinh. Also, the room itself was quite small, and the air conditioner in the room had been set not to go below 26°, which we could not change with the remote control. The room itself was messy. There was no information about breakfast, and the reception asked several times if we really ordered breakfast. The price did not match the quality.

It was very dirty. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom looked and felt disgusting, the shower didn’t work, either boiling or ice cold water. When we complained the personnel didn’t believe us. Nasty and small balcony. Bad AC. Rude staff, got angry when we didn’t want to eat dinner at the hotel. Does not look like the photos.

Location wise is great. But it’s an old apartment style hotel, that needs better cleaning, and better furniture and equipments.
