Wasn't impressed with the hotel or the staff checking in. The town was dead, the options limited. The room was nice but the dinner, the chef and my server made it all worth while

Fantastic hotel. Ultra modern, sparkling clean, fantastic vibe. Slightly off the main ***** of Canazei but that’s exactly what we wanted. This hotel features total natural serenity and premium privacy. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was fantastic. Be sure to check out the restaurant for dinner, we were shocked at how tasty the food was. The beef goulash was fantastic! Compliments to the chef.

Breathtaking experience in this wonderful location in one of the most beautiful place in Italy, I’ve been absolutely thrilled by the peacefully of the location, the quality of the food is unreal, breakfast is very fancy and stylish, excuisite. Dinner very romantic and excellent food served. For the sky fan is probably the closest location and more strategic accommodation in Canazei, you can litteraly walk from the lobby to the chairlift in 60 seconds. The staff is super professional and friendly and the cleaning is absolutely 5 stars. Amazing experience, highly recommended.

Very nice hotel with kind staff. Breakfast is the top and make you even a greater start of the day. Rooms are good equipped with comfortable bed. In the afternoon you can enjoy a drink on the nice terrace with a fabulous view of the mountains. One little reminder about gravel around the hotel and parking places. It unfortunately makes quite noise, so when you have an opened window in the summer night, you will wake up... In general, great place, we will come back in the winter to explore skiing at SellaRonda.

Chalet Queen is a new modern hotel just steps from the gondola in Penia. The rooms are well designed with a sleek modern feel. Beds and bedding are super comfortable. The public spaces were warm and inviting and the outdoor seating area/bar with amazing views of the surrounding peaks was especially appreciated by our group. I also highly recommend eating at the restaurant. The chef Simone made us the best meal of our week-long Dolomites hiking tour. He blended traditional dishes with modern twists and presentation--it was truly a fine dining experience. The ingredients were of the highest quality. His personal attention was very charming. The dining room manager Christina was also very warm and helpful. We will definitely return to this new hotel.

loved the bathroom, bed was somewhat small and narrow but very comfortable

Went there for a long weekend and it fulfilled all my expectations. The location couldn’t be better as it is literally 30 meters from both ski lifts (Sellaronda and Ciampac). But the best surprise was the restaurant. The menu is typical local dishes but every day the chef proposes something special. Honestly I didn’t know this was the place to eat in Canazei area (The famous actor Massimo Boldi was eating next to us on Saturday). I recommend it 100% .

Hotel eccellente. La posizione perfetta, sia per andare a Col de Rossi sia per il Ciampac, lo rendono un paradiso per gli sciatori; tra l altro molto confortevole la ski room. Ottimo il bar esterno con dj set. Ambiente nuovo e camere ben tenute. Estremamente cordiale il personale alla reception.

ATTENZIONE la zona wellness apre solo a dicembre 2024! Il sito dell’hotel non lo riporta in prima pagina nè ne è stata data indicazione esplicita nelle mail di conferma della prenotazione ma lo si scopre solo navigando nelle pagine interne del sito. Noi abbiamo fatto affidamento sulla foto e descrizione nel banner “Wellness” nella home page; ci bastava sapere che c’era e non quanto proponevano cliccando “scoprì di più”. Fatte le rimostranze in reception, ci è stato detto che quando l’avevano indicato sul banner del wellness in home page la gente chiamava per sapere se era l’hotel che era chiuso! Spiegazione ben poco plausibile! Per il resto, posizione invidiabile vicino ai due impianti di risalita.
