Albany Central Apartments

Location was pretty good and was walking distance to the main streets. Very clean and parking at the property.

Very central. Spotless. Had everything we required. Would definitely stay again. Can't fault, highly recommend it. It included lots of extras, chocolates, coffee for the coffee pluger. We stayed Appartment 1. And to top it off we had the best of weather .

Perfect location for the town sights and many within easy walking distance. We were there for the Christmas Parade which was great... We have stopped at the apartments before so we knew what to expect, although a couple of things were missing on arrival but quickly sorted early the next day by responsive staff and management. Comfy beds and good basic kitchen, with outdoor BBQ in Unit 3 which fitted the bill for us. However, the outdoor furniture was very dusty and needed to be wiped down before we could use it and we had to ask for the BBQ mat as there was not one provided. It would make sense to remove the seat covers indoors when not in use, to avoid them getting dirty.

Great location. Very central to town. Down side is the room couldnt be properly darkened. Sleep was uncomfortable for me.Tapware old and tarnished. De humidifier emptied twice. Curious why ? Never been to Accomodation that has a de humidifier. Otherwise, well appointed. Would recommended to others.

We booked an apartment to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary. We requested “wheelchair accessible “. We we given apartment 1, very tiny. Entrance on street with 2 steps. Could not get mobility walker in ,room was too small to use. We left after 2 days, paid for 5, we requested a refund. The owner was not interested in helping us as we did not book direct. We booked through an agency, but he accepted our booking and payment. Also room was very moist with humidifier working. This was not good for our asthma. Totally unsuitable for us. Think seriously before booking here. On the positive side room was meticulously clean and kitchen well fitted out.

It’s a great location and only a street back from plenty of restaurants and taverns. We stayed in Apt 1 which is facing Collie St so privacy is only by closing the blinds on the windows. It is still quiet in the evening so easy to get some sleep. The apartment amenities are good with plenty of information about the area available. The apartment is clean and I would stay here again.

Property is east to find. Close to shopping and dining options

We had a pleasant few days and the appartment albeit a bit small had everything we needed and the location was great

The unit we stayed in had one bedroom with a second bedroom nook so not very private for a third person. The kitchen was well appointed and there was a separate laundry. The bathroom was like a hospital bathroom..not the best. The unit lacked natural light but you could sit outside in the rear courtyard.
