Albion's Courtyard by Marriott is located right downtown, making it great for Albion College friends and family. Cascarelli's - a decades-long favorite, is across the street. We finished the evening at Albion Malleable for some excellent beer.

Super clean room and lobby. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Look forward to visiting this property again.

There was no stay. I had booked for my son traveling late at night. Hotel wouldn’t allow my 20 year old to check in and wouldn’t reimburse me for the charge.

The Courtyard hotel in Albion is a modern facility with wonderful rooms and lobby. Everything is clean and comfortable. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The location is perfect, right on Superior Street in the heart of downtown, and they have free parking. I highly recommend this hotel anytime you're in Albion or just passing through.

The staff was fantastic the whole time we were there. We stayed for two days! It was wonderful.

Hair in the bed. Shower not cleaned. And no soap in dispenser. Talked to front desk about it and was told they have problems with the housekeeping. No offer to make it right.

Really great place to stay in town while seeing my family. Very convenient when coming back to town

We checked in Tuesday afternoon early evening, and the room seemed fine. However, we had no housekeeping until several complaints were lodged. Saturday evening we were told our room would be cleaned every other day, and no one even entered it to remove towels or wine, glasses, or trash, including half of pizza after four days. I was astonished at how poor the service was. I also think my phone was probably broken because several times I tried calling the front desk and or housekeeping, and there was never an answer. When I asked to speak to a manager there was never one on duty . I believe my bill was in the mid 800s. I’m not sure right now however I’ve never been more disappointed in a courtyard by Marriott.

Non-functioning tv remote, one tissue in Kleenex box, body wash, shampoo & conditioner bottles in shower were all empty, took two requests to get replacements that had products in them, TV would not turn off….kept my wife up all night (front desk told us “you just have to play with the remote”…really?? Asked for additional towels and were given two bath & one face cloth?? Didn’t restock coffee, only provided one coffee packet with room when we checked in…shall I go on?? And at premium rates of $200.00 per night?? Really?? I have been traveling for both personal and professional trips for close to 40 years and have never experienced such complacency or uncaring from a hotel staff. Not even a “how was your stay?” Upon departure? Really?? I am an Albion native and am sad to see the emptiness of Albion’s Main Street but with the poor, poor service received at your Albion property, I do expect your hotel to be yet another casualty of the locals lack of pride in their community! I have stayed at your property in Albion in the past and it just seems to get progressively worse…where is management?? Think I will be staying at Hilton properties in Jackson on my next visits…
